"We contracted Ideal Kitchen and Baths for a complete upstairs bathroom renovation in our home. From modern tile floors, to all new fixtures and a custom cut, large walk in glass shower, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Brian was very informative about every step of the process and listened to our ideas and style choices. We have a home that is over one hundred and fifteen years old, so as you can imagine, there were many surfaces not perfectly level or plumb. He made the design work with a problematic slanted roof-line ceiling as well. He took extra steps to first shore up floorboards and level the surfaces to ensure there would not be problems later on. He paid special attention to all details including the last stages of painting and trim work and even called to check on how everything was working a few weeks after completion. It was great working with someone who takes pride in his work and cares about the homeowners."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
