Ken came out and gave me the estimate on Monday, the team was here on Tuesday, worked all day and came back this morning (Wednesday) and finished everything up. Roof looks great! I would recommend them to anyone!

It was an awesome experience. Mike Whitehead the supervisor on duty was very professional and made me feel like i chose the right company for the job. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them even helping me make the decision to redo the shingles on my shed. I am so thankful my wife and I chose the roofing guys!!! These guys are so awesome. This is our first home and the roof was in TERRIBLE condition due to not being maintained by the previous owners. It started leaking so we had The Roofing Guys do the one section. They did such a great job (and the rest of the roof was probably in horrible condition, too) so we pulled the trigger and had the rest of the roof replaced. They did such a wonderful job and powered through some awful weather to get it done. Super professional, polite, and responsive. This was the first big project we had completed on our first home and I'm so grateful to these guys for making it happen!

Pros: (1) Good Salesman, friendly. Provided best price of the 3 quotes I received. (2) The install crew was prompt, friendly and all worked hard. (3) Roof looks very good, with nice lines (4) Product comes from a reputable company (Erie Materials) (5) Good clean up by roofers. Cons: (1) Several items were broken or damaged on the home ((Outside garage light, lounge chair, five window screens, mailbox, aluminum siding had some damage and some siding was never reinstalled correctly so now it's loose)) ((Didn't notice most of these till over a week later when I had a day off)) (2) No mention was made of these during install and not noticed till after job completed and paid for. (3) Stripping the roof caused a great deal of dirt and debris in the attic (which was very clean) we would have appreciated advanced notice by someone to tarp everything. (Several hour cleanup on our part) (4) This is important: Picture provided by salesman of color of roof did not match actual roof color so we thought we had wrong shingles. (5) I called Roofing Manager to discuss and he was a bit terse and bothered that I kept trying to finish my sentences. And No, I wasn't angry, just concerned. (6) Roofing Manager said they would bring 2 types of shingles to house to show us we had the right material but never did. (7) Called Salesman about issue and he said he would get back with us but never did. We haven't heard from anybody since. (8) Flat roof section is starting to curl. Final Point: Roof looks good, we like it but not the exact color we wanted. We would have appreciated openness by workers for the damage and common courtesy by the Manger or Sales in addressing our concerns. But, once they got their money, it was, adios amigo.

Work was completed with a bit of a delay due to lack of crew members. We initially were told, when contract was signed, that a crew of 5 or 6 guys would come and complete in one day. Work took two days due to crew reduction because of the pandemic. Workers that were assigned were efficient, worked a long first day to complete as much as they could and did impeccable clean up of the grounds and yard. There was a bit of a discrepancy about the work that needed to be done where the lower roof of the garage meets the house and siding but after some discussion the guys came back and put some finishing touches on it to improve the overall look and seal the area where the siding meets the lower garage roof. Overall we are very pleased with the workmanship and new roof on this older home.

Very poor and fraud customer service. My contract was for 9 feet winter guard Ice and water shield but they did only 6 feet. And when I bring to attention, they said they can't do anything about it. It's too late and $325.00 was credited for materials only. Also small roof back side of kitchen they messed up big time. I request them multiple times, but after almost 3 months they still did not resolve the issue and each time I call them to schedule to fix that mass, they always says we will call you back and never call back. Now not answering my calls. Also they destroy my front garden plants and said they will replace it in one week but still after almost 3 months they did not replaced. I'm very disappointed with customer services provided by Roofing Guys. I will never hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

"This is a secondary customer to us, we had performed a roof replacement at this address for an elderly customer who despite our recommendations to remove her gutter helmets decided against it. We told her they would possibly cause issues in the long term with ice back ups and ice dams. She did not want to remove them because she was selling the house and did not want to incur another cost. She sold the house to this customer. Three years later the gutter helmets are causing ice dams and back ups which are not covered under Shingle warranties. We have been out to help this customer even though he has repeatedly hung up on us, treated our employees disrespectfully, and has been leaving us bad reviews under multiple names."

The Roofing Guys were quick (roof tear off and replace in one day), inexpensive, responsive and our roof itself looks great. They also left a mess in our yard, driveway and steps for days. They did not do a good job at protecting our wood siding and knocked a lot of paint off of our house. They busted up some bead board on our eaves and did not fix- but painted over. After bothering them for a couple days, they came back to clean up and paint the spots that they damaged. They didn’t do a great job with either.. Now I have to climb around and fix their mistakes. These guys are hard working roofers. But they are not as careful as they claim to be. I was promised our homes condition would be the same as it was before the roof was installed and that was not the case. The entire experience was very so-so.. Let’s hope the roof holds up!

An owner who was offensive and extremely defensive. When all he had to be was sympathetic and reassuring during an anguishing predicament he was responsible for. Instead he shook me up. My house was due for a new roof. Though I NEVER had a leak. Just being proactive. $11,000 bid beat 2 other reputable offers. So, I went for it. The job was done in September. All seemed fine and to the naked eye, looked good. During a March thaw, a 2nd floor bedroom/roof ceiling started leaking like a sieve. We didn't catch it until things got flowing onto the main floor. After a few frantic calls and emails to the roofing guys, I got a return call from the owner. He assured me he'd be sending over a crew the next day to check things out. The next morning I got an email telling me his staff weren't returning for the season until the following Monday and I'd have to wait. I begged him for immediate service. Ceilings collapsing, wood floors soaking and buckets everywhere. He got angry and short with me saying that for all he knew it was squirrels or pipes causing this. NOT SO. I knew i was in trouble. I called a proven contractor. They checked things out and told me where the screw up in installation was. We put a huge tarp over the problem area. I didn't have the stomach to deal with the indifference and intimidation of this owner/company. I called their insurance company. The adjuster acknowledged the faulty installation and paid on behalf of the insured for interior repairs only. The money was no where near enough to get things back to where it was. Mold, staining warping etc...they wouldn't pay to repair the roof either. Just the damaged caused by the bad roof? So, I ended up calling the company to back up their warranty. Their head foreman came over. He explained that the whole job wasn't done how he would have done it? A crew came out and fixed a part of the roof that was flatter than their satellite pictures depicted? A miserable experience. A painful experience.. BEWARE!!!! I've got pictures, videos, emails, invoices, insurance correspondence, etc... Reach out if you like. Every month when I pay an installment on a home equity loan to for the work of The Roofing Guys I am reminded........... After reading the owners responses to other's complaints, I'm expecting to read some excuses or accusations. All I'd really like to hear is a simple apology.

"I have supporting documentation that during the times The Roofing Guys tried to attempt to do work on the house we were denied access or the homeowner would not respond to phone calls or emails for weeks at a time. We just recently completed free siding repairs to make up for the mistake in the installation which was also fixed. Out of thousands of roofs the handful of mistakes that were corrected are always the ones to post the bad reviews. We always warranty our work, stand by our products and install, and if anything is not up to par we fix it at no charge as we did for this homeowner. We are sorry he had to go through this, but we did everything to try to make it right."

"The Roofing Guys" were amazing from start to finish. Everyone was polite and professional, and the quality of the work they did was second to none!! In addition to the actual roof installation, the crew was meticulous about cleaning up our property afterwards and they made it so it looked like they had never even been there. It was a very large, more complicated roof than most, and they got every single detail down to perfection. The roof has literally changed the appearance of the entire house. We would recommend them to anyone!!

The large crew, plus a job supervisor and a safety supervisor, replaced the roof quickly, cleaned the area thoroughly and were all very professional. The Roofing Guys gave me an estimate and put me on their schedule a week later. Another property in the neighborhood had its roof replaced by The Roofing Guys, so the recommendation by that homeowner made my choice to call them easy. I'm very pleased with the company and my new roof!

The estimator, Casey, gave me an estimate for a new roof and he went through it line by line. One of the lines states "all rotted plywood will be replaced at a cost of $50/sheet." When we got to that line I stated that I didn't have any plywood now and wouldn't need any because of the type of boards I have in my attic. Casey agreed, after having been in the attic and seeing the boards I had.. We had the previous roof for almost 29 years with no plywood. Imagine my shock when I was told after the roof was put on that I was being charged $1250 for plywood! After getting no where with Casey, I asked for an owner to call me. Angela called me back and after much arguing back and forth (she was very unprofessional) she said that the plywood would "be taken care of". The contract I signed stated "all rotted plywood would be replaced" and of course I didn't have any rotted plywood to be replaced! After the conversation with Angela I decided to only deal with them through emails because I didn't trust them to keep their word. I emailed them on July 7th because they had left my siding very dirty and they were supposed to be sending someone out to clean it. I also had nails in my driveway and lawn and still have roofing tiles on my back porch roof. In my email I stated that I wanted a final invoice. They emailed me back with an invoice. The invoice only had the original cost of the roof on it so I assumed (wrongly) that they had "taken care of" the plywood. Well 2 months after the roof was put on (August 3rd) I am receiving a bill for the plywood $1250. After reaching out to Angela again- she denied having told me that they would "take care of the plywood" and she told me that they would put a lien on my house. After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I received a horrible voice mail from the owner. Mike Flynn, which says that when he responds to the complaint I'm "going to look like a fool" and "what makes me think you're so special that you don't have to pay your bills" and he went on to say that he "would put a lien on my house", "I own a part of your house right now" and "what makes you think you can walk away with a couple thousand dollars of ours". I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company!!

"This customer had signed a contract stating she would pay for plywood if needed. Her boards were spaced too far apart to install the new roof. At this point we should have left the roof off and let her be rude, condescending, and disrespectful to another company, but we chose to complete the job per the terms of our contracted work which she signed. We had try to reason with her, give her a break on the cost of the plywood, explain why we couldn't install the roof without it, she continuously hung up on us and treated us like dirt. I am shocked that a school teacher behaves in such a manner and am sure there is more involved as her behavior is erratic and she didn't even realize she was telling lie after lie. I have screen shots of the emails and invoices of the portion of the bill she financed through a local company. The invoice did not have the original cost of the roof on it, it stated exactly that it was the cost financed to get paid on that portion: it said: COST DUE FINANCED THROUGH HOME HEADQUARTERS $9,920. We are definitely pursuing legal action against this customer not just because she breached her contract, but for the verbal abuse she has put our crew, staff, and management through."
