New York Sash

My wife and I had 3 picture windows as well as a garage entry door installed by NY Sash. The overall experience was truly amazing. Words can not fully describe our satisfaction with the company, the quality of the products, the courtesy, work and expertise of Chris and his apprentices Paul and Cam, their work ethic and attention to detail. They were truly professional in every aspect of their work, knowledgeable and reliable.

Chris and his crew were amazing when they installed my 2 entry doors. They explained everything they were doing and kept me advised of the progress. They were very polite and courteous. They were even entertaining my granddaughter! ❤️❤️

Sean and Jace did a excellent job on this removal and installation. They both went above and beyond my expectations and that says a lot coming from me being the perfectionist that I am. If stars were handed out they would receive a bag for each of them. Five stars for both Sean and Jace they are to be commended for their excellent work.

The team was very professional and courteous. The work they did looks great and it was finished in less than one day. They also cleaned everything inside and out while working in the rain. After installation they showed us how everything operated. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything thing was done very well. We are pleased with the guys that did the work on 1/10/25 Nate, Ben, and Dakota. Sorry it took me this long to put this review in. Work done by same company wasnâ t acceptable. This time worker, Sean, did excellent work on windows & door that was previously installed but became difficult to handle. When he left, the windows & door were lovely. He also gave advice about how to finish the windows treatment

Josh and Anthony did most of the siding with help on a few days with Ryan Jeff and Paul. They explained the work as they progressed on the job and were polite respectful and careful of the property. The siding looks amazing. So glad I had NY Sash do the job.

This was our second bathroom replaced by Sean Grant at NY Sash. Just as the first, they were great from start to end. Everything was done very well.

From start to finish, New York Sash was very professional. Kevin, Jeff, Jason and Jace arrived on time for appointments. Kevin explained our options, Jeff measured, Jason and Jace performed the work. Jason and Jace were meticulous in installing three new windows, and they were very neat. This is our first time hiring New York Sash, and I would definitely hire them again.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with New York Sash. Kevin, our sales consultant was excellent at his presentation describing all the options. Wonderful sense of humor and not at all pushing for the sale. We took 24 hours and called him back to say yes. Patrick, our installer did a phenomenal job. He was here for two days and made sure everything was done to perfection. Overall, excellentâ ¦ if you have a project in mind, please consider them. They are truly a team and they do so much to support their community.

I had a bow window replaced along with French doors replaced by a slider in my dining room. The bow and slider are top quality. The employees that did the work Chris and Paul were awesome. They were very professional, friendly, knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after the install. I think my house was cleaner after they left. I would highly recommend them if you have New York Sash replace anything.

The installation crew did an excellent job of installing the windows. They also did a great job cleaning up. I am totally satisfied with their work.

Management and workers are very knowledgeable and hard working. They replaced 4 windows in our log home, and built extended sills. They also replaced numerous windows at least 15 years ago, and we have had no problems with them.

We used them to replace our door. They did the door and door frame and it was so simple. They worked really well with us to find the best solution and weâ re really great about schedule changes on my part. Side note for folks with pets: they were also really great with my four dogs!

Amazingly skilled installers- work was done flawlessly.
