The workers showed up on time and were very knowledgeable on the habits of stinging insects. They were friendly and courteous, and a pleasure to work with. All of the treatments are successful and hopefully I won't get stung again this summer! I paid ~$200, including tax, for the treatment of the bees in the house. The price was about the same for the bees in the ground.

They (Michael Walker) came to my house and informed me that because of COVID-19 that they could NOT come into my house at this time. He said that if I bought a trap and caught the raccoon, that he would come back and collect him and release him into the wild. Well I bought the trap, baited it, caught the critter and called him back the following week. As he was taking the trap and animal to his truck, he said "That will be $75.00". I didn't realize nor did he tell me prior that I would have to PAY since I did ALL the work. At least not $75.00. I am NOT happy with their service.

We are not associated with them in any way. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the service from Walker’s Wildlife but there is nothing I can do to help you as we do not have any affiliation with them. Due to your information, I will ask our customer service staff to remove them from our list of companies to refer to. Good luck in the future and I can assure you that you would not have this experience with Gannon Pest Control."

Agent's assessment was that there was no evidence of bedbugs. "I'd like to take your money, but my judgement is that there are none here." Very professional! He gave some suggestions about what might be the problem-- spiders.

The service was not performed because Gannon does not do work in crawl spaces. They did offer the name of another person. This person was very knowledgeable and told me how I could get the job done and also save money.

Within the 2 days it took for the service to come, a skunk had partially decimated the nest. Gannon guy explained what had happened, what he was going to do, suited up, and took care of the rest of the nest. He also reduced my price due to the fact he did not have to do as much. Very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. Would definitely hire them again.

They walked the house and pointed places of potential entrance and nesting areas. They placed some bait stations. They instructed me on areas that needed caulking. They stated rodents love the insulation in our house. It’s fiberglasss. They spent about 20-30 minutes .

This company is very good. They came and sprayed for bees- the bees set up another nest just a few feet from the other nest - they came back and sprayed every nook they could find. I will use this company again.

The representative showed up on time and was very professional. He walked around the property with me and pointed out where the mice could get in and how to prevent entry. Bait boxes were placed and advice was given on how to monitor them. No more mice since the visit - so far, so good.

I left a message to receive a quote and received a return phone call with a quote that day. I was able to schedule for them to come out within a few days. Our service person called to let us know when he would arrive and he was knowledgeable and professional. The nests were taken care of and he inspected the rest of the house. You can either pay at the time of service or be billed.
