"We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck. When looking for a contractor we researched many options. "Dan Green did a superb job on a fragil 1885 home. He worked 7 days a week to complete the job in the promised 2 weeks. His attention to detail was outstanding, resetting doors that I was even unaware needed resetting and polishing and painting hinges and door plates which were not even in his contract with me. His dry wall skills are superb, painting skills also excellent. He is honest and trustworthy. I have never given a contractor and his co worker a tip before but I felt compelled to do so. They worked so hard, I could just see the fatigue in Dans face when this job was done and yet no detail was spared."

"As with all home improvement projects, you're going to run into unseen problems. Tom had to move a dishwasher, a dryer and washing machine. He noticed that the dryer vent was installed incorrectly and there was an electrical issue with the dishwasher. He fixed all that. He didn't have to be concerned about any of that, but he genuinely was concerned.
These are busy guys and I can see why. They came out immediately to look at the project. They gave me an estimate as to when they could do the job, and they called every week with an update. Very reassuring.
They are kind and very professional. I already have another project for them. Can't wait. It truly has been a wonderful experience. You hear so much negative crap about contractors and scam artists these days, it is SO refreshing to come across a company like this!!!!

"Ray was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appt. to come check out the job. The day he came, he gave me a written quote. I obtained other quotes but felt New Life was my best choice. He uses Sherwin Williams paint, which was our preference. He and his crew came when they said they would come, and frequently made sure I approved their progress each day, which has never happened with any other contractor. They cleaned up the job site each night so everything was tidy. At the end of the job Ray walked me around the house to be sure the job was satisfactory…and it was better than that! They found and repaired wood along they way, and we added a pool deck and house deck sealing to the job with no problem for a very fair cost. I would recommend Ray and New Life without hesitation as the job they did was fantastic and now we can enjoy our new looking house! I would use them again in a heartbeat."
