Technically, they seem very knowledgeable; they're nice guys and easy to work with; they show attention to detail (they brought mulch to put around one of the outdoor units that was being placed in a plant bed); they took good care of our house (wore booties, put down temporary mats to walk on); they were reliable; they came back after the job was done when I had questions about some minor trim work and the thermostat settings. I'd hire them without searching for another contractor if I had additional HVAC installs."

"Horribly! There were major flaws in the work performed. It took a long time to get a person to respond to my calls. When follow up appointments were scheduled, they didn't show twice. The third time they showed up and made minimal repairs to improve the situation, but it the final product was less than perfect. i would never use this business again and don't recommend them."
