Due to the fact that your custom project is your vision, we require 50% of the project estimate up front, and the remainder is due when the project has been completed.

I wish we would have engaged him sooner, but he fixed issues we had with several doors that needed replacing and reframing. We will be keeping his number handy for any future projects in that house!"
