"We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck. When looking for a contractor we researched many options. "Dan Green did a superb job on a fragil 1885 home. He worked 7 days a week to complete the job in the promised 2 weeks. His attention to detail was outstanding, resetting doors that I was even unaware needed resetting and polishing and painting hinges and door plates which were not even in his contract with me. His dry wall skills are superb, painting skills also excellent. He is honest and trustworthy. I have never given a contractor and his co worker a tip before but I felt compelled to do so.
