For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hetnarien again."

"We hired Abdul, of RRS Builders, to take over a stalled deck construction and installation project from a previous contractor who had disappeared with our money. We had a hard time finding someone to take over the partially-started, messy job, requiring many corrections. We found RRS through the subcontractor who had fabricated the frame of the deck, and had also been robbed by the first contractor. Before signing a contract, we thoroughly researched RRS and Abdul through a private investigator, who found no problems. Abdul corrected all of the first contractor's mistakes and built us a beautiful deck in just a couple weeks. His crew was reliable, meticulous, and respectful and his pricing was reasonable. DOB immediately approved the deck on our land marked building without any issues. We would love to work with Abdul again and will go to RRS immediately with any future jobs."
