"We are SO happy with Sal and his team. Sal’s price was very reasonable and he communicated with us from start to finish. His team was on time and stayed late each day until the project was completed. Either Sal, his son, or his wife was on site each day. After starting, we asked Sal if he could take down a tree for us and his guys did it right away, leaving no sign of the stump. They did an amazing clean-up when the project was completed - even hauling away clutter and mess that was there before they started! They also returned days after the project was completed to put down grass seed. We LOVE our new patio, walkways, and pool deck - the pavers look beautiful!! We’ve already asked Sal to come back and give us an estimate on masonry work in the front yard!"

"We initially hired Polanco Brothers to repave a large driveway. They did such a good job on the asphalt replacement we asked them to install a new bluestone/brick front walk and side patio and make repairs to the front steps. The quality of all their work is excellent. The driveway looks better than new, and the walkway looks as though it has always been there. They went out of their way to match materials. Their prices were fair. The workers are polite, courteous and professional. They took great pride in their work, and truly cared about providing a quality result. We are completely satisfied with their work, will certainly use them for other projects in the future and would highly recommend you consult with them on similar work."

They cleaned it up, trimmed the bushes, weeded, mowed, treated the lawn and put down a thick layer of mulch. They worked their butts off removing a huge hedge too. Now my yard looks great!
