We called him to return to do the job again and we have to say he continues to provide the Best Landscape Maintenance Experience Imaginable. They worked non stop for three hours and made the property look as if we had just moved in. An INCREDIBLE job. They were completely professional, prompt, and thorough. They did little things we didn't even ask for, like move our firewood pile, remove all debris, and make everything so neat and clean, it was stunning. And this, all for exactly the price that was quoted in the estimate. WHICH WAS INCREDIBLY LOW for the amount of work. The value / cost ratio was first rate. You don't get this kind of friendly and expert service for this kind of price. Never once did he try to up sell us, or suggest something that we hadn't asked for. We will NEVER use anyone else. "Brian first came by one evening to do the power washing. He was done in an hour. Then, he came by with a fellow worker to fill some holes in our deck with some wood filler and to sand the deck. Then, the third day he came by with his sister to stain the deck. He wore a mask every time he spoke with my husband and I and kept a six foot distance. He was excellent at communicating with me. "Steve / EZ Deck built a 30 x 22 deck a 5 years ago using composite decking material. It still looks great today, and is solid. It included seating all the way around and a 3 feet white PVC fence with openings at 2 ends. The ground started to shift slightly and one board lifted. I called Steve and asked for a repair a week ago, he came back and fixed it for free. Excellent customer service."

"Everything went well. However, the initial estimate did not cover the full deck, and I was asked to pay more. I authorized additional amount after I was told that there was not enough penofin oil for the entire deck. After work was resumed, I was told again that I would need to pay more for addition penofin oil again. I said, No! Despite my refusal to make the second additional payment, all work was completed professionally. I would hire again provided the initial estimate is accurate."
