We spoke to John, the owner of the company, and told him we thought we might need a pump out. He had Paul over to us first thing the following morning to check things out. We have not had the house very long and weren't sure where the main pool was but it didn't take Paul long to find it. He dug a little, got the lid open and we could immediately see that a pump out was needed. We could also see that the pool was as ancient as we had feared and we knew we would need a new one, which Paul recommended right away as it was not safe at this point. We asked Paul to take a look at the cesspool serving an apartment attached to the house just to make sure that one was ok...well, it was by far in worse shape than the main and the poor guy looked pretty nervous after taking a look. We also asked if we could have a separate drywell added for the washer and new plumbing. Paul got us an immediate estimate from John, set us up for the next day and then walked us through the entire process.

We really feel that these guys just went above and beyond throughout the entire job. We had a tricky entry point into the backyard that did not allow much room for the bulldozer so the brand new fence was carefully taken down and put aside and the temporary deck/stairway was slightly taken apart. At the end of the day, after leveling, raking and cleaning the yard these guys went ahead and put our fence and our little deck back in place! That was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. I think Paul actually made the deck stronger than it was before. John and Paul gave us numerous tips on what the heck to do with the enormous dirt pile that is now our yard and even suggested that we let them come back in a couple of days to put the fence back so that we could get a load of top soil through easily. There was no way we were going to make these guys come back but the offer was ridiculously kind and just shows how much they care. John worked the bulldozer, Paul did the plumbing and Frank was the runner. A great team that we would call in an instant again - wish they did other work that we could call them for because I don't think we'll be needing them for our cesspools for a very long time. We highly recommend Priority Cesspool and truly appreciate the excellent job they did for us. Thanks again, guys!"
