Norman helped us to make our Master Bathroom modern and usable. The process was easy, straightforward and relatively quick! Norman's showroom was a great meeting spot to review and talk about design, choose materials and go over any details. He was communicative and helpful in answering any and all questions throughout the process. We are thrilled with our new Master Bath that feels like we are at a hotel or spa. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. Norman provided great design ideas that really increased the functionality of our space. The workmanship, attention to detail, and quality of materials was beyond our expectations. The team that came were very professional and easy to work with. I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid. Bathroom two about two weeks. Should have been a few days less but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Overall the work was done very well. The workers were polite and explained everything as we moved along.

From demo to finish 1 week. Very talented crew. Plumbers, electricians, tile and carpenters were excellent. Very very pleased. Feel so lucky we chose Norman, and John to work with.

Norman was very helpful in choosing the tile, vanities, medicine cabinets, etc. his scheduling was timely and the various craftsmen were excellent and really nice people and appeared when they were scheduled to. My kitchen was totally gutted and renovated. Thanks to Norman the owner of Homecraft for advising me throughout the entire process. I was able to do one stop shopping from ordering the cabinetry, ceramic flooring, backsplash and countertops. Everyone in particular Sal the carpenter; were extremely talented and professional. I would highly recommend Homecraft and would use them again for any future home renovations

I just want to Start off saying when you deal with Norman from Homecraft Remodeling Corp you are dealing with a TOP NOTCH Highly Professional Company. I had a Bathroom done (2)+ years ago that came out AMAZING. Everything from Start to finish went so smoothly. But then I had two issues with Loose Towel Rod & Leaky Faucet. I wasn't even going to contact Norman because two years had elapsed but I did & was so glad because he didn't give me any issues at all & took care of repairs within several weeks. I was Amazed how well Towel Rod was repaired & New faucet was installed. All work completed again by highly professional & Neat Workers & Free Of Charge. Who does that anymore, probably no one. That's UNREAL!! THANKS AGAIN NORM.

After having used many contractors and have done many projects on my home I can honestly say Homecraft was the best company I have worked with. They built an extension with a master bath and I could not be happier, it came out great. The workmanship was superb and the workers so very considerate and they all treated my house as if it was their own. From help designing and picking out materials to the job itself what a pleasure. I highly recommend them.

Homecraft did an exquisite and flawless job remodeling our bathroom. We particularly appreciated the undivided attention that is allowed by their appointment system for consultations. They worked with us to customize the features to suit our needs and were open and creative in responding to our non-standard requests. The carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and tile work were performed by craftsmen who were clearly masters of their trades. Our old house served up a few surprises during the remodeling but Homecraft was able to resolve every problem with their connections to top-notch contractors outside of their usual services.

The project was top quality from start to finish. All of the crews starting with the rip out to the clean up and all in between were clean, neat, professional, approachable and personable. The design work was on point. All of the recommendations of outside service by Homecraft was equally professional. We highly recommend Homecraft for any and all of your home improvement projects.

Our experience with the team was excellent. Norman, the owner, was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had throughout the project. All the trades that worked on our project were very professional and truly cared about their work. Sal and Frank, the carpenters, paid great attention to detail and made sure their work was done right. Mike, the electrician, was extremely neat in the execution of his work and made great suggestions on the placement of fixtures, etc. Steve, the plumber, was also great, and worked efficiently. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending this contractor to our friends. In fact, one couple has already hired them for their project.

The work is splendid. Meticulous attention to detail. Professional courteous workers. Very pleased couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend. The owner responded immediately to any concern or inquiry.

All work was well-orchestrated so that no time was wasted and inconvenience to me was minimized. Demolition crew showed up promptly at appointed time to remove old bathroom, followed by plumbers to lay groundwork for new while walls were open. Then carpentry/tile craftsmen (and I use this word deliberately, to recognize their skill, workmanship, and pride in quality) came and showed up at appointed time every day, doing all work without any imperfection that I can see. Where I had small questions or requests, these were addressed and accommodated without resistance or quibbles. Price held as promised, with no nickeling (there was a small add-on that I agreed with, to replace a rotted subfloor sheet that was discovered during the work). At the end of the job, the plumbers came back to hook up all the new fixtures. On both plumber visits, time that the house water had to be shut off was minimized -- a total, for both visits combined, of perhaps 3 hours. We selected the tile (they had a very good selection) and ended up accepting their suggestions for the quartz countertop color and the plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and faucets. All of their suggestions about color and fixtures were very good, and the end result is a bathroom that looks very nice and very well coordinated. The craftsmen performing the work had occasional useful suggestions about slight relocations of switches and other electrical things, which I accepted. All work was done with attention to quality and with no shortcuts. At no time did any dust or debris find its way elsewhere in the house, and at the end of the work everything was completely clean.

The company President Norman is a terrific person. When we went to his office the very first time we were so impressed by him as a person and by his interest and enthusiasm in designing our project that we signed the contract right away. He showed us a variety of options for our vanity, tiles, mirror etc. and helped us choose the best possible combinations. As a result our finished bathroom looks gorgeous and a big part of the credit goes to Norman. I was sorry when I went to his office the last time to pay my final bill because I won't be seeing him or talking to him that often now. He is such an honest, straightforward, caring and delightful person to talk to !! I was also very happy to meet John who came to our house to evaluate our project. He was really nice and very helpful. The carpenters Sal and Frank were also great and very sincere and skilled in their job. So were the electrician and the plumber. Our bathroom was recently finished and we have yet to put it to test. (May be an update later.) I am grateful to Norman for the excellent job and for always being there for us!

It couldn't have gone better. Norman is a gem from the moment I step foot into his office and met him we just knew instantly this was the only way to go and he was the perfect remodelers to use. Nothing was too much to ask of Norman ....he just continued to always please us in everything I wanted!!! There's should be more contractors out there just like him. When he was done with the job I was sorry to see him and his guys go. He uses only competent and license plumbers and electrician. I loved everyone he was associated with and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Home craft did a great job. Norman was a pleasure to work with from the design to completion and beyond. The workman were outstanding. They did exceptional work and were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

First person I met was Mitch at Homecraft and he gave us excellent ideas and helped us design the kitchen that we always wanted. Everyone was very professional and we were very happy with all the work that was done. Sal and Frank were here every step of the way and I have never seen anyone work as hard as they did--paying so such attention to the details and making sure everything got done right. Every day the area was cleaned up when they left which made the process go very smoothly. Would highly recommend them to anyone. LOVE my new kitchen.

We recently had my bathroom remodeled by Homecraft Remodeling in Plainview, NY. The quality of craftsmanship and the professionalism of all involved are exceptional.

Getting estimates, listening to varying opinions and making decisions that affect the value of your home can be daunting without an honest, experienced professional to guide you.  Finding a Contractor to come into your home and demolish a room and put it back together with sensitivity and care can be difficult. We were lucky. We found Norman Gavin who treated us with integrity and fairness throughout.

Although we were confronted with understandable delays, caused by conflicting schedules that extended the job a few days we are ecstatic with the result. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and honestly.
