You have to go thru the secretary who is absolutely clueless to ask a question. The only time you see Sean is when he comes to your house for the estimate. After that he is unobtainable. When you call in the morning with a question your lucky if you get an answer by the end of the day or the next day. I found them to be overpriced, rude and even nasty at times. I would never use them again"

He did a poor job, including an improperly installed toilet that was leaking under the floor. He agreed by text message to a $300 refund in Nov. ’24, but still hasn’t paid as of the end of July ’25, even after losing in Small Claims Court. He uses multiple addresses in various LI towns and won’t tell you his actual current address. The one listed on Angi is a street that does not even exist. Now he won’t respond to texts or phone calls."
