Upon meeting with the owner, **Matthew Bruno**, I explained the situation. He quickly assessed the condition of my floors, as we were planning to refinish and stain the hardwood in six rooms. Matthew and his team of 2 to 3 specialists were everything I hoped for: prompt, respectful, and highly professional. They were incredibly patient and even great with pets, which was a huge plus. Their workmanship was exceptional, leaving my floors looking stunning. The team was clean, courteous, and meticulous, ensuring every detail was perfect. I can’t recommend Palermo Flooring Inc enough. "The Owner Mauricio was very friendly and accommodating during our initial meeting. He sent one employee to carry over 10 boxes of wood to deliver to my home. He sent one person to do the installation. When I complained to him about the carpet removal on the stairs, he wanted to charge me additionally for what should have been completed initially. The worst part was the installation of the base and border and refinishing of stairs was sloppy and unprofessional. I sent Mauricio pictures of what it looked like. He said he would take care of it. He sent an additional person to assist the installation but it looks terrible. I will have to have it taken out and replaced. For the money I spent I should not have to do this. Mauricio never stepped foot in my house after the initial estimate. He does not have professionals that he hires to work with him."

Olvin is incredibly responsive and professional in all areas, from the initial reach out via Angie's list, to communicating about the project, and during all phases of the work. I hired them to demo a bathroom shower that had a leak, to tile the new shower once the plumbing was complete. Of course, there were additional issues which Olvin explained as they occurred. The team was very careful to protect my floors and my stairs as they performed the project. His pricing is very reasonable compared to some other quotes that I had received, and even with the additional work that needed to be done due to the extent of the leak, still came in significantly below the original quote from other companies. I cannot recommend Olvin and his team highly enough, and definitely plan to use them again for future needs."
