While the PF crew was onsite preparing to install the fence, my neighbor called the cops and claimed Adverse Possession. The PF crew notified Mike who immediately came to the job site to assist. He did not have to do that; he was very professional throughout the entire situation even trying to reason with my neighbor. Unfortunately, it was not resolved so I see civil court in my near future.
