Our services include, but are not limited to: sewer and drain cleaning, high velocity pressure jetting, camera inspections (drains and pool lines) as well as repairs and installations of toilets, tubs and showers, indoor/outdoor faucets, garbage disposers, sinks/vanities/laundry tubs, sump pumps, back up sump jets, water heaters, tankless heaters and descaling, gas lines, water filtration systems and new water service installation. Our techs are prepared with all necessary PPE (masks, gloves, sanitizer, etc.) and it has always been our company policy to wear booties in homes as well as to clean up the work area with our own cleaning supplies.

He's also great with dogs. :) As a heads up, Brian is in high demand and so there was a long wait-time between signing his quote and when he was able to schedule us in. But, his work is worth the wait. Strongly recommend."

Despite it being a weekend, they answered the phone on the first ring, and they were at our home within two hours. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the main line cleaned out. They also replaced a flange on a toilet in the basement and got that re-sealed. They kept us in the loop as they were working, and they made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. This was our first time using Bair Mechanical, and we selected them based on their positive Angie's List reviews, so we are happy to add to their list of great reviews."

"Otto was amazing. So happy I FINALLY found a plumber I trust who is so skilled and doesn’t take advantage of his customers. I called right after 8am and he returned my call probably within the hour. I never expected such a quick response but he said he was able to be there by 11:30. Immediately took his shoes off (he didn’t have to) but did, every time he entered. Was kind to my blind dog, my husband LOVED him. Hubby asked to set up another appt. to do more work on a faulty bath faucet. He offered to do it then to save paying for another service call. I honestly could have kept him there all day fixing stuff for me. Have already talked to him about work in the spring. Wonderful, knowledgeable, hard working, affordable. I look for small business owners and as far as plumbers go, I’ve found mine."

"I was refered to Town Mechanical via the Home Depot installation services. They did not have any Energy Star rated tanks in stock and told me to purchase what I wanted myself from Home Depot and that they would schedule the installation. This is what I did. When the installer arrived he told me that I had mistakenly purchased a power venting unit instead of the standard venting my home required. They kindly offered to charge me for an hour of service, when no work had been performed and if I wanted to cut Home Depot out of the deal, I could purchase directly from them. If I purchase directly from them, I would be refunded for the hour service call they were charging me for. Upon calling the office to schedule a purchase and installation directly, I again was told they did not have energy star models in stock and tried to down sell me a 40 gal tank when I was trying to replace a 50 gal tank. In the end I called someone else who was able to install the first tank I purchased with no issues. Mechanical Town does not know what the latest in Hot Water tank technology is and is trying to take advantage of homeowners in crisis."
