He listened carefully to what I told him we did to try to fix the problem before calling him. After he arrived he looked over the house plumbing to further analyze what needed to be done. He then went right to work explaining the main drain cleaning process and the steps he would take in using his cleaning auger machine to accomplish unclogging the line. We could see the positive results and unobstructed water flow in the line as he finished using his machine. When the service guy arrived he went into the basement saw that my downstairs pipe had pulled down from the underfloor. He proceeded to pull up my toilet to send the auger down through the drain. No clog was apparent. Had a new flange and wax ring to put the toilet back on but did not because of a pipe issue. Did not have the equipment in his van to fix this issue. Told him my husband and I can put toilet back in place but he did not say until he was all packed up that it could not be done until the pipe below was fixed. Went 2 days with toilet sitting in middle of my downstairs bathroom. Good thing we have one upstairs as well."
