Mike showed up within the agreed time and completed the work requested. He did so professionally and quickly. The charge was very reasonable and I recommend him highly. I don't write many reviews but Mike earned this and I will call him in the future when I need his expertise.

Fantastic experience. Came to my home for tuneup, choke adjustment and oil change. Very reasonable price. Would definitely use again next year.

Good, but I do not write paper checks,online checking only, and he does not take credit card so he had to bill me ( which I did an online check even before he left my driveway) he didn’t seem to care for that but what was I going to do!?

I have used CNY Mobile before and will continue to use them in the future.

Mike was great.  Professional, on time, and reasonably priced. 

Mike responded quickly to my initial phone call, and arrived on time for our appointment.  He was polite and informative, and had everything he needed with him to tune-up my lawnmower.  He replaced the blade and also a part that had been damaged.  The cost of the tune-up was $75, and the damaged part was an extra $10.  He also put in fresh gasoline.  He gave me tips on taking care of my lawnmower before he left.  I will definitely call him in the future.

the is the 3rd time I had Mike tune up/repair my snowblower over the last few years.  Punctual, great customer service, very reasonably priced.  Fixed it in my garage within an hour.
Pointed things out that needed replacing.  My 23 yr old snow blower is ready for another few years!

Called Mike Tues and set an appointment for 12 - 1 pm Fri. He arrived fifteen minutes early. Mike asked several questions about the problem and said his experience is that the carburetor should be replaced. He put a new one in the mower and it started on the first pull. I am very happy. He did it all in 30 minutes. Terrific service.

Assessed a problem with my snow blower.  Pulled the carb apart and determined the likely issue.  Made a recommendation to me to not invest in the repair as the likely cost would exceed the residual value of the 18-20 year old unit and money would be better invested in a new unit. 

Very professional.  Came over the next day after my call and arrived at the time promised.  Will use him again next time.

Snowblower pull start crapped out at the end of last season. Mike came to our house and inspected the machine. Had to order replacement starter recoil and came back and replaced it approx. 10 days later. All work was done on site and Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend and Will definitely use him again.

Mike came to my house and reapired the drive train, the pull cord, cleaned it up, tweaked the spark plug and put in some fresh gas. I had to cancel our initial appointment and he was patient and gracious with my last minute (I had a fender bender) cancellation. Mike is professional, knows his product and was a pleasure to deal with.

Mike was very responsive to my call and came over a few days later. Was very friendly and knowledgable. Did a great job that took less than an hour. A real pleasure to deal with.

After trying to start my tractor for the 1st time this spring, the engine was shooting out a ton of black smoke and would not stay running. Mike immediately suspected that there may be gas in the crank case due to a faulty carb,  After looking  at and smelling the oil on the dip stick, his suspicions were confirmed. Mike changed the oil and changed the plugs. He then started the tractor and after a short time the smoking was gone and the tractor ran fine. Mike suggested that I run the unit for a while and then drain and replace the gas and change oil again which I did. Before he left, Mike said to keep an eye on the oil level to see if more gas leaks into the crank case indicating a possible bad carburetor. He also suggested that instead of topping off the gas tank and adding gas stabilizer at the end of the season, to instead, drain the gas and run the engine dry. Doing this would eliminate the possibility of a repeat of the problem.
Excellent work at a fair cost.

I couldn't be any happier.  I can't tell you how nice having a mobile mechanic for small engine repair...I have recommended CNY Mobile to all my neighbors as well.   Great service, great price and professional service...can't ask for anything more.  I highly recommend to anyone in our area.

I called on October 23, 2014 at about 8 am and got voice mail. Mike returned my call about 4 hours later and set up an appointment to come the next day between 1 and 3 pm. He asked me for a few details about what needed to be done to make sure he had the necessary parts to do the work. Arrived right on time as promised. Did a thorough job on both machines. Explained exactly what was done and why.

I was very pleased when I got the bill as it was considerably less than any place I had taken these machines for service in the past. Best of all, I didn't need to figure out how to transport them to the shop. Mike is very pleasant to deal with and totally professional. Honestly, I cannot imagine how this could have been any more convenient. Would have given him A+ if that was an option but would say to anyone who needs service on a lawn mower, snowblower or similar small engine machines that there is no reason to waste your time transporting them to a repair shop. Just call Mike and I doubt you will ever call anyone else again.

My 7 or 8 year old Toro mower quit and would not start. Found CNY Mobile Lawn and Snow on Angies List. My call on Thursday was returned within an hour and my appointment was set for Tuesday morning. Mike showed up with a well-stocked trailer. I had a scheduling conflict and told him I only had 15 minutes before I had to leave. He said that he would look at the mower and see if he could get it going. He quickly diagnosed an air filter and spark plug that were long overdue for changing. Mike replaced both, fired up the mower and ran it through a few on/off cycles to make sure it would restart. Mike suggested that I not run the mower in temperatures below 40 degrees and that I run the mower completely dry before storing for the winter. Total cost: $50.00

I didn't have to put a lawn mower in my car, have my car smell like gas, take it somewhere and leave it for repairs and then bring it home again. Wonderful!!!! Mike was very pleasant and very professional. I was so impressed I set up an appointment to have my snowblower tuned up. Great idea, great service, great price.

Mike set up a time to come to my house and do the service and was right on time. We discussed what he was going to do. He told me it would take about 1/2 hour, which it did. He gave me some good tips on my snow blower and was finished. It was an excellent experience, he was very professional and courteous and I plan on using the service again

He came on time. Diagnosed that it was the drive belt that came off a pulley. Removed a spindle and put the belt back in place. He also noticed that the engine wasn't getting fuel properly and replaced the fuel filter (which was the original 9 year old filter). I suggested new blades. He checked and said it wasn't necessary. Noticed some tires needed air, which may have caused the uneven mowing I saw. Put air in all tires. Very professional service and attitude. All that for $50.

Simply put, he did great. He fixed the problem quickly and the fix has lasted. He was professional and reasonable on the rate. I've already recommended him to friends.

My lawn tractor would not start. Since i have some amateur experience with repairing my home equipment I decided to trouble shoot the cause myself. After a few hours of non success I decided to hand it over to a pro. Calling around I found that the wait time would be at least a week and a half. The shop wanted $50.00 to pick up the tractor, so I called my brother-in-law to see if he could give me a hand getting the unit over to the shop ourselves. He mentioned that he remembered seeing CNY Mobile Lawn and Snow on Angie's List with good reviews so I gave them a call. Mike, who is the owner of CNY Mobile Lawn and Snow said he was very booked, but because I lived very close to him he could squeeze me in between jobs and check out the problem on the next Wednesday. That sounded great, so we set up an time. Mike gave me a call on the Sunday before Wednesday and said if I was going to be around, he could stop by in an hour. I said absolutely! Talk about quick service. Mike apologized for and quot;bothering meand quot; on a Sunday.
Mike showed up with a huge trailer housing all that he would need for servicing equipment. He asked me a few questions about the problem and zeroed in on what was wrong immediately He had me up and running in a flash. Mike also gave me some tips on maintenance before he left,
I was extremely happy with the job Mike did and would not hesitate in recommending him. .
