Excellent service! They arrived when promised and services were performed quickly and professionally. I was aware of all pricing up front before work was started. The kitchen sink took some extra work but they got it done! They were polite, professional and kind, I could not have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend and will call again if plumbing services are needed!

Howard and his son arrived on time. Unloaded equipment and looked at the job. Discussed the issues as his son began the snaking. While son was working I showed Howard a couple of other issues which he advised me on and even took a photo and emailed it to a supplier. It was not available but after leaving called me and told me another supplier where it could be purchased. Son completed the job, put the drain back together and checked to make sure there were no leaks. Cleaned everything up and the drain now creates a whirlpool upon dumping. Very pleased with all aspects.

Called in the morning,promised arrival in the afternoon and came through as promised-with a phone call to let me know they were on the way. Setting up equipment and cleaning out line all the way to main line across the street took less than 30 minutes. Super efficient compared to the "Mr" guys who took half a day and ended up recommending $4500 worth of line replacement. Been holding off on review to see if it worked and happy to report it's still running great. Be ready with a paper check cause they don't take cards but no problem there. They're on my BFF list for plumbing.

It went very well.  I noticed on Sunday at 1200 hours that our basement was flooding from the clog. I tried to clear it myself with a small drill spun snake with no success. I looked in Angie's list and found a provider who said that they have emergency services and called them around 1500 hours on Sunday and left a message of our dire need.  I still have not received a phone call back from them and it is Tuesday.  I called Mohawk at 0715 hours on Monday morning and they called me back at 0720 hours and told me that they could be at the house between 10-11 that morning and it was a flat rate of $162.  All in all I called three different providers and Mohawk called me back first.  Another company called after and I told them I already had Mohawk coming out.  They wanted me to pick them and call Mohawk back and cancel because they could be here in 30 minutes.  They asked me what I was paying and told me they could beat it by 10% and charge me $145, I said I am sorry, I am not going to go back on my word to Mohawk and so glad I didn't.  The two gentleman who showed up knew what they were doing and fixed the problem in around 30 minutes and that included finding our sewer outlet.  Very professional and friendly and I will use them again if needed; hopefully it won't be needed though.  I would recommend Mohawk Plumbing to all my friends and enemies if they need the service.  This was a well spent $180 after giving them a tip.  Thank You Mohawk!!

I left them a message and they got back to me the same day.  I did not realize until I talked to them that they only handle drainage problems.  They gave me the number of a plumber who could take care of my plumbing problems.  (Unfortunately, that plumber never got back to me.)

Mohawk plumbing was a god-send.  The toilet drain pipe backed up on a Saturday night.  I called a different plumber on Sunday.  That plumber worked h****** attempting to clear the drain for several hours, unsuccessfully.  He recommended coming back and replacing the drain pipe.  He never returned or attempted contacting me again.  After waiting a day and a half I looked for another plumber and was referred to Mohawk Plumbing.  To my surprise, Howard and partner came out early evening that very day. While quietly cleaning the very dirty drain, Howard explained what he was doing in a personable manner.  When preparing to flush the pipe with a hose, Howard also replaced the old, leaky washing machine spigots as well!  Meeting a kind soul who provides competent work in a considerate manner really made for a pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation.
 I highly recommend Mohawk plumbing for any drain cleaning work.
 
P.S.  the line ?must call for appt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? in the middle of Howard?s name on the Angie?s listing page for Mohawk Plumbing should be removed.

Very nice Father/Son team.  Prompt response to my call.  Showed up when they said and did the work in a very timely fashion.  I thought the price was fair with regard to service provided.  Considerate about not tracking up premises.  Worked outside in freezing cold and still maintained a cheerful demeanor.  I will definitely call them in future and am thankful to have found them.

I called Mohawk at 5:30 this afternoon to clean out a backed up sewer drain figuring that I could schedule it for tomorrow. They called back within 5 minutes and said they were in the neighborhood and could be there in 10 minutes. The job was done in less than 30 minutes!

I have used Mohawk in the past and have always been EXTREMELY pleased with their courtesy and professionalism. They do the job right and, unlike other services I've used in the past, they don't add on unnecessary work to pump up the bill. If you have a drain problem in their service area, don't call anyone else!

The service was excellent in EVERY respect. Howard came out to the house within hours of our call and correctly pinpointed the blockage in less than an hour. Having found the blockage in the pubic portion of the line and unable to clear it with his snake, Howard called the County and waited at our house to meet the County crew, which in turn confirmed his findings and ultimately cleared the blockage. Had I not called Howard/Mohawk, I would have spent THOUSANDS of dollars digging up my portion of the line, when the blockage was not even in my portion of the line. I highly recommend them and will call them FIRST if I ever have a problem in the future. Honest and outstanding service in every respect!

Worked hard with no success, because the pipe had broken. Recommended another firm that does that type of repair. Other firm came, dug up the problem and fixed it quickly. While the other firm was doing their work, Mohawk came back to see if everything was going well, and to help if needed. Father and son team. I liked them a lot.

Mohawk called and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled appointment.
They jumped right on the problem-no fooling around. They snaked the drain at the street and
plunged out the s trap in basement.
Flat service call rate of $135-no add ons!!!
I asked them about putting in a toilet in basement and they don't do that but they recommended someone they said was trustworthy.
Good guys!!!!
