"I'm always wary about any repair person trying to over-charge me. I felt Eleazer was completely different. I had an AC problem and he explained everything to me (without trying to make the problem seem more complicated than it was in order to overcharge) and was very professional. "Justin was recommended to me by my neighbor. He was polite on time, extremely knowledgeable, and did a great job servicing my washer/dryer, refrigerator and oven. Now I know why my dryer (Bosch) has to work so hard (stupid NYC restrictions on amperage) and why my oven doesn't cook the way it should (again European appliance in NYC).
