Luis was very professional and explained what he did and why and charged me a fair price for the work.

Luis was a “Saint” . He managed to take out an old AC…not easy. and replace it with a new LG AC. He is extremely professional, and works non stop. When he finished the first AC replacement, it was quite late, so I suggested that he return the following day for #2. Luis did return, and although this replacement was not as difficult or complicated as no. 1, he worked carefully with professional assurance. Luis is truly a pro, he knows what he is doing and installed 3 air conditioners in just a few hours. He doesn’t go on a bout how hard the job is and instead comes off as completely competent and confidant. His price is more than fair compared to others, I couldn’t recommend him more highly!!

They came last year and removed old ac and put new one. After I explained what I wanted I ended up with a horrible job, They put on one side only a thin piece of plexiglass and around to fill the gaps electrical tape. I went to inspect the job and the plexiglass was barely holding.They clued with silicone caulk not even a single screw was put there After touching the plexiglass with my finger it went thru also my finger went thru the tapes. This was supposed to be a permanent installation. Also they did not use the screws that came with box for rail and now I have to unscrew them to get the ac from the cabinet. After this disaster i spent another $200 to make it look nice and i winterize it and did it the right way . The way they made it the rain would have come in and during winter it would have be freezing there. Maybe they are good for simple jobs but not for jobs that need attention and experience. The first pic is how the old ac looked like. Pic 2-6 what they did. Last pic is what I did after spending another $200 for materials to make look presentable.

I had a great experience hiring Luis to install my window AC unit. He was very communicative, timely, and went above and beyond on the install. My AC arrived with a fan issue and he opened up the unit to fix it, saving me the hassle of returning and replacing it.
