Peter (the owner) was very responsive from the get go, provided a quick estimate, and sent a technician to evaluate the work very quickly. John was nice, knowledgeable and professional. I liked that they had necessary spare parts with them. Overall knowledgeable and professional company. I took one star off because I think it is impossible to find value for money in Manhattan nowadays, but AP HVAC were definitely competitively priced.

I used this company to install 2 split units. The workers were punctual, professional, courteous and totally cleaned up after. I like working with neighborhood businesses; the owner came by to check on the progress and called me after completion to ask if I was satisfied with the job. The follow-up and concern are important to me. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if/when I need to replace my older a/c units.
