High recommend. Hired to install mini split system throughout a 4 story brownstone. Within a day of contacting I had an estimate, they started work two days later and finished within a week, exactly on budget. Eugene is frank and transparent and clearly communicated different units, features, and pricing options so that I could research/compare and make the right choice. His team was also just incredibly respectful and professional. Having contractors in your house for a week can be a headache but not these guys, they were clean, thoughtful, and respectful of the house, dogs, and our need to work from home some days. I am very pleased that we hired them.

Airnizer is superlative in so many ways! Around thirty years ago my husband and I lovingly restored an 1840â  s row house. We didnâ  t see the need to air condition then. However, as the summers got hotter and hotter we realized we had a problem. Since we werenâ  t interested in central air and we didnâ  t want to alter the looks of our home with window air conditioners, we decided that a split system was the answer. We talked with several installers and were extremely impressed with Eugene Kobakâ  s understanding of our aesthetic and practical issues and his ability to anticipate technical concerns. Eugene and his two assistants did not disappoint us. Here are some of the things they did right: â ¢ Itâ  s a small enough company that the owner was on site all day, every day. â ¢ We felt confident that Eugene was a consummate professional who knew exactly what he was doing. â ¢ Eugene worked with us in placing the units as unobtrusively as possible. â ¢ He did an amazing job of making the ducts, etc. blend in with our architecture. â ¢ All the workmen were extremely polite and non-invasive. â ¢ These guys are CLEAN. They left as little mess as possible in such an invasive procedure. â ¢ Eugene and his company stayed with us until the job was finished. They arrived when they promised and worked a full day (sometimes longer!). â ¢ Eugene didnâ  t leave at night until each unit was tested for working perfection. I would recommend Eugene Kobak and his company Airnizer to my best friend. In fact, I plan to!

The president, Eugene is a wonder full man to work with. He answered my call promptly and patiently. Worked extra hard to get me the brand I preferred, even tho it was out of stock when requested. Patiently answered all my questions during preliminaries and installation, even about problems with my phone and internet! Installation was prompt, timely, and neat. His two helpers were just as nice as he was. There were no mistakes or accidents. And the price was over $10,000 LESS than I had budgeted for. Bye, Eugene and crew, I shall miss you!

Eugene (Yauheni) Kobak, the president of Airnizer, Inc. wanted and appreciated our business. He was friendly and informative during the initial conversation and was very prompt in arriving at our premises. Eugene explained HVAC mini-split and did not try to sell us more than we needed. He made suggestions which actually saved us money overall! He delivered a detailed estimate within 24 hours of meeting with us, which contained both options we had discussed. The installation was completed within several days of contract signing and his crew worked very neat and efficiently. The experience of this company showed itself during the installation process in the placement of the condenser unit and the inside air handlers. Eugene made suggestions to prevent possible future problems that we, of course, never would have thought of. If you want a reliable contractor with fair prices, Airnizer is the one to call!

After the initial meeting to assess and give a detailed estimate, Eugene and his crew of two men came and completed the installation of 3 Mitsubishi units in two days, where I was also fortunate to be able to coordinate an electrician to work with alongside. Prior to them coming, they alerted me to put down drop cloths for dust--but did everything else--from moving the furniture out of the way and putting it all back, sweeping and disposing of garbage, all within building hours' parameters. They were punctual, efficient, and thorough. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend! They will certainly get busier as the weather warms up, so book them sooner than later! Eugene was amazing to work with from the early planning and quoting stages down to the final delivery details. We had 5 zone/two condensers system installed in our 100+yr old townhouse in Harlem. Rather than starting with quotes on par with average price of single family home as most of his peers, Eugene took his time, walked through the property and came up with creative design solutions that took into account aesthetics, cost and ergonomics and came up with a fantastic overall solution that met our needs and minimized the impact on the property. He worked patiently to all our followup questions and suggestions, he embraced whatever made sense and he didn't shy away from pointing out poor choices our end. He showed on the agreed date and he was done in five days as promised despite a number of unexpected delays caused by us. Through it all he exuded with enthusiasm and openness. We couldn't be happier with overall experience and the end result.

Eugene is a consummate professional. Direct, to the point, no wasted time or fluff. Incredibly technically proficient, Eugene’s standards, willingness to work, and creativity are above and beyond the average tradesman. We live in a NYC Coop with the stereotypical onerous rules, and Eugene was able to pull off a miracle. His team worked diligently to haul the compressor to the 6th floor roof and lower it down to the 2nd floor (don’t ask..it’s a NYC Coop) and install in the optimum location. The unit he selected is perfect for our needs, 4 zones and whisper quiet. I have no doubt, the job would’ve been abandoned (due to Coop regulations) or cost twice as much of I had gone with a lesser professional. I can’t sing his praises enough, and I am a difficult taskmaster. If you’re still undecided about choosing an HVAC professional, or another provider is within price range or a little cheaper, don’t waste your time; Eugene & Airnizer Inc are absolutely the way to go. They will not stop until the job is done right.

I wanted to install a cooling and heating system and I found Steve from Home Advisor with the company’s named Design Build and Beyond. Meeting Steve for that project was a blessing in the sky. I met him on the site, he was on time and very professional. He carefully assessed the project along with his assistant. He explained step by step how the project would be executed and he carried it out in the same manner he explained it. Steve is man of his word. He said the project would be completed in two days and I did not think it would be possible to fully complete such project in two days. In fact, he brought a crew of professionals and hit the project heads on and in two days the work was fully completed. They produced great quality of work in a professional manner. I strongly recommend Steve’s and his company without reservation cause of the quality of work, the professionalism, the awesome personality he possesses and the trustworthiness are impeccable. He is one of the best Pros I’ve ever met.

He came over later that day to give us a proper estimate for a 6 zone mini split system in our home in Brooklyn. We are so happy we were able to hire Eugene. Eugene was awesome he went looking for suppliers to find parts to a very old oil burner, which was hard to find but he came through, quotes are basically on point, a little expensive but did a great job with a quick turnaround, pleasant and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

They are Expensive but the quality of work is good. So in the end you get what you pay for, job well done
