The technicians were great, very knowledgeable and helpful.

It's so rare to work with such an incredible vendor that I almost forgot what great service looks like. Mark and Nazar were thorough, efficient, speedy, and even flexible with my wife's work from home meeting schedule to do different units in an order that would accommodate us the best. They were respectful, tidy, clean, and paid attention to even the smallest details - like not only wearing shoe covers, but taking the shoe covers off in the hallway when they would move between apartments and then putting them back on when they came into a new apartment. They clearly explained the different price points for the services they offered, in a way that helped us make a decision without feeling like we are being up sold. And for a couple of the items they were servicing, they explained to me how I could maintain it myself and replace certain parts, myself cheaply without needing them to be there so that they could make the most of the times that we will have them back. And we will certainly have them back.

Replacement fan worked very good techs were very knowledgeable and left clean area removed old equipo.

We just had our hvac replaced and Panda Hvac team gave me such a wonderful experience from the start to end. They are reasonably priced and offers different options and explains them.Thomas ,Alexander and their team were awesome, very nice, punctual and cleaned the area when they were done. I will definitely call them again if i have any problems. Thank You Panda Hvac for your excellent job. I highly recommend them if any of you out there are looking for a good hvac company.

They are truly amazing. Not only is the customer service amazing in how they don't just fix the problem they explain it. You get your moneys worth in the service they provide. I actually learned alot and they are timely. This is officially the company to go to for your HVAC heating and AC service. I sure will be :)

Mark and his coworkers helped to replace our old return duct with a new one and added more return openings. It basically diminished the terrible noise the old return duct made. It also helped balance the airflow in the house. Compared with the previous company who had no ethics and professionalism at all, Mark and his team did a wonderful job! Really appreciate their work.

The team at Panda HVAC is efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. They are great communicators and quick to action. I've had issues with my HVAC for many, many months and I found Panda HVAC when my usual contractor was unavailable to finish the job. Within a few minutes of requesting a quote, I got a call from the office, and by the end of the day, technician Vlad was in my home getting work started. Within a few minutes, he determined the issue and relayed an assessment which was consistent with past evaluations. Vlad, Mark and another technician worked hard and quickly over just a few days, always showing up on time and leaving my home quite clean after every workday. My central AC system is now completely working after basically a year of being inoperable. I would not hesitate to hire them again - great experience!!!

PandaHvac was right on the spot with expedited service. The two technicians, Sam and Vlad were extremely pleasant to work with and VERY knowledgeable and helpful answering any and every questions we had.

Mark and his crew were quick to send an estimate + great communicators (always a text or call when they are on their way - that means a lot to me). They worked hard, explained questions we had, tested and cleaned up. We still have to decide on some add-on services that seem a bit expensive (also in comparison to the rest of the job). But they have our trust + we hope to stay with them).

I called when they were swamped during the blazing heat of July, and they couldn't make it out to me for 1 week. They called back 2 days later and fit me in (I did do some begging as I have young children and pets and needed my air back for them), and did the repairs in 1 day! Thank you again so much Serge and Mark!

They fixed the issue with the heating unit well and fast. I was surprised to pay $860 for motherboard replacement, but I guess this is going rate now. I liked them very much overall.

In the hottest day my AC broke. I called them this morning not expecting to see them same day. They showed up few hours later, found the issue, replaced the pump and my AC is back in business. Very affordable, professional service. This is not my first time using the company, but I am always impressed. Any issue, any location, any AC they solve my issue. I've recommended them to few of my friends and family and everyone has the same opinion.
