After comparing several vendors, we elected to hire Weston Bros to install a 2-condenser, 7-zone heat pump system throughout our 94-year-old home in Forest Hills. Weston Bros proved to be the most comprehensive, thoughtful and responsive company we could have hoped for. From initial consultation and planning to final installation and follow-up, Weston Bros’ expertise and attention to detail resulted in a project execution that met and exceeded our expectations. Our system is working great, and the post-installation check-ins by the company owner truly demonstrate their professionalism and care for their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Weston Bros to anyone looking for complete HVAC solutions for their home and/or business.

Excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and prompt quality installation. They were very accommodating and patiently navigated and satisfied coop board requirements. The installation of a Friedrich through-the-wall air conditioner was on time, neat, and clean. I highly recommend Weston Bros. and look forward to using them again.

Al Timm and Weston Brothers were fantastic. They helped me with getting new heat pumps. They were honest, informed, professional and took great care in making me feel like a valued customer. We were very pleased with Weston's handling of our ductless air conditioning / heating installation. We had 6 Mitsubishi air handling units installed, with two condensers put at the back of our house. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. The project was well-managed, and care was taken to ensure that things were done correctly. We would definitely recommend Weston to others.

Getting information/recommendations/pricing and scheduling the appointment couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. The installers, Alex and his assistant Sebastian, were on time, polite, knowledgeable, neat and professional. They did an excellent job and I am extremely happy with the service. It was money very well spent. This is the second time I have used Weston Brothers and they are an honest, reliable company. There is no pressure to up-sell. In fact, they are upfront and honest about the services you don't need. I can't say enough good things about them.

We recently installed a multi-split heating/cooling system in an attached house in Astoria. We invited 3 vendors to the house to prepare bids. Michael Weston spent far more time than the other vendors inspecting and measuring all the rooms to prepare the bid and closely examined the exterior and interior areas where the compressors, air handlers, and ducts could be placed. The other vendors were much less attentive to details that would have led to installation obstacles. Michael also prepared the only bid that included the substantial Con Ed rebates for integrating the heat pump system with our existing gas boiler. We had no hesitation in giving Weston Bros the bid, and Michael came back several times afterwards to refine the installation details. Michael was always responsive to questions and prepared marked up photos for our electrician and our general contractor that smoothed the way for the equipment installation. Because of pandemic supply chain issues, it took a month longer than anticipated for the Mitsubishi equipment (2 heat pump compressors and 6 air handlers) to arrive, but installation commenced shortly thereafter and was completed in two days, with software adjustments on a third day. The Weston Bros installers were highly professional, working as a close-knit team. After installation, Michael called a number of times to verify how everything was working before having his electrician integrate the multi-split system into the (backup) boiler. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Weston Bros!

I am very pleased with my new Split system AC. It is wonderful. Weston Bros contracted all the required personnel for the installation.The contractor that removed my in brick wall AC and then re-bricked the opening did a fabulous job. He also refinished the interior walls. He sheet-rocked the walls and speckled the areas. He is an artist. The contractors that installed the 4 units did a fabulous job as well. We’re very respectful and made every effort to keep the area clean- draped and covered inside and then cleaned up outside. The electrician also did a fantastic job. Minimal disruption and the work is perfection. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my experience. Weston Bros promised and delivered! Michael said that he would handle getting the right contractors and he did. The system works beautifully and I am so very pleased. It was expensive but it was seamless. I had no stress and that is very satisfying. I would highly recommend Weston Bros.

My home is a townhouse built in 1939 so it presented quite a challenge to Weston. Michael took the time during three separate visits to figure out a plan of action. The work turned out perfect and the tubing used was well hidden. Just a beautiful job finished on time. Their price was just a bit more than others but they knew my type of home well because they are local to queens with their office in the area, so it was well worth it.

I have been using Weston Brothers for years and have never been disappointed with either the quality of their work or the professionalism of their staff. This was especially true when recently I had them install a Mitsubishi mini-split ductless heating and cooling system in my coop apartment. Michael Weston set the tone with his informed, knowledgeable assessment of and solution for the many issues my coop unit presented in terms of layout and accessibility. The installation staff was extremely talented and professional. They arrived on time, cleaned up my unit better than they found it, and were precise in their measurements and installation, working quickly and efficiently. The front office was equally courteous and knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly, very helpful. Weston Brothers even provided the electricians saving me the trouble of finding one. They are licensed, bonded, and insured and were accommodating and flexible with my Coop’s requirements and time schedule. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable and the installation was done very cleanly and on time. I highly recommend Weston.

I have been Weston Bros.'s client for over 30 years. I ordered two new units, they were delivered and installed within two days. One of the units turned out to be a "lemon," not Weston's fault but that of the factory. Weston's technicians removed the faulty unit and installed a new one within 24 hours of me calling them, cannot imagine better service!

It didn’t. Contacted them for an estimate, Peter Milcznski can over and said he would give an estimate in 2or3 days When I did not hear from him in about 8 days I called the company. The woman who answered said she would relay the message. It has been about 10 days since I called and have had no calls from anyone at Weston Bros. The company is the worst I have dealt with and I advise all to avoid. Don’t waste your time with them.

The guy that came out was very good and was very knowledgeable. He wired everything up very neatly and cleaned everything up after he was done. I have no complaints and I would definitely use them again.

My building requires a certificate of liability which they wanted to pass on the fee of $100 to me basically saying they did not want to do business with my building’s management. I can’t use them if they cannot give me the certificate of liability without charging me the fee. I have never had this C.O.L. with any other company.

I can’t say enough good things about Weston Bros. and about Al, in particular. When our air conditioner needed to be repaired, Al went out of his way to help--contacting the manufacturer to help extend the warranty, and ultimately helping us get a new unit with little out-of-pocket expense. He really went the extra mile at a time when we really needed help. I don’t think I have ever been treated so well by a repair shop.

Kendall came and was very nice and quite thorough. He showed me how the drainage track was blocked with leaves and dirt, causing an indoor leak. Kendall cleaned every part of the machine carefully, inside and out. He suggested a winter cover and annual cleaning. He was prompt professional, and cleaned up the area before leaving. Very happy!

They were very good. They were great. We were very satisfied. We had no issue with the price.

They came out. Like the installation, they are fine. They have been in Queen's for thirty years, and they are family owned.

Michael reviewed the space closely at the end of February, and sent us a proposal about a week later. We discussed power requirements, the units available, and the best options for positioning them. The sketch accompanying his proposal showed exactly where the two interior and one exterior units were to be located. The work was scheduled for March 7 and 8, and three young men did the job on those days, meticulously and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. On March 11, two other workers came to remove the old A/C through-the-wall units, and plug the holes so that both from the outside and the inside the wall surface was perfectly restored. Of course, we will not have a chance to test the system until the summer! But we are confident it will all work well. Assuming that is the case, we will call Weston Bros. back soon to install one or two additional systems on the main floor.

Part 1 Visiting Weston Brothers decide on what type of AC system to buy. Joan is great to work with. Made appointment for survey. Mike and Lyle came to survey the location and to prepare an estimate. A few days later Mike and Lyle returned to survey again and to discuss other options including financing. Part 2 Harry and Paul came on Thursday July 14th and 15th 2016 to do the removal of the four through the wall AC units with brick up/closing. They were very knowledgeable and courteous any were able to answer any questions we had for them. They prepared each area so that the mess would be minimal and they left each area as clean as could be. I have a neighbor that lives two houses away that was a contractor. He came to look while installation of the Ductless system was being installed. He said in a real thick Italian accent that "whoever did the brick work did a real professional job. Part 3 The installation of the Ductless system started on July 18th 2016. It was a really hot day. We had cold drinks and snack prepared for the crew. Jeff was the project manager and Frankie and Jessie were part of his team. All three were again professional, knowledgable and courteous. By the end of the day two of the four interior air handlers were in place. On the second day the remaining two air handlers were in place and they were all connected to the three compressors. The crew actually stayed until almost 9 pm. Jeff wanted to make sure everything was properly prepared for the electricians so that the AC installers and the electricians would not get in each other's way. The electrical work was started and temporary power was available by the third day. All of the electricians were the same caliber as the other two crews. This project was finally finished by the fourth day. I photographed the project in the various stages and will be giving the photos to Weston Brothers. We are very pleased with the results of this project.

Harry and his partner arrived within the timeframe stated by the office and this was the start of a very pleasant and problem free experience. I called on Monday and explained what services I needed and was given a price and an appointment was set up promptly for the next day to perform the job. The gentlemen were very neat, organized, and made sure to cover the floor to minimize a mess. They took the old AC and the box from the new unit so I would not have to deal with that. They cleaned up inside as well as outside being very respectful of my home and my property, Harry took the time to explain how my new unit worked, showed me how to operate the remote control, and reminded me to follow-up with my rebate. I will definitely consider Weston Bros for any future needs.

I needed AC in my recently finished basement. I had called up two other companies but was happy with the responsiveness of Lyle from Weston Bros. Unlike the other companies they came and they took exact measurements to make sure I got the right size BTU. They recommended a 9000 BTU Mitsubishi ductless unit with heat. The day they came there was a delay in the workers coming but they did notify me. I had some concerns on how things were left after the work was done but Lyle got back to me right away and handled everything perfectly. They definitely seem like a company who take customer satisfaction seriously. The unit seems to work well and they made sure to explain all the features. I would definitely recommend them.
