"Justin was recommended to me by my neighbor. He was polite on time, extremely knowledgeable, and did a great job servicing my washer/dryer, refrigerator and oven. Now I know why my dryer (Bosch) has to work so hard (stupid NYC restrictions on amperage) and why my oven doesn't cook the way it should (again European appliance in NYC).
