He showed us that our previous water softener and water filtration system were not only doing nothing, but the were installed incorrectly and were not up to code. His employees installed a new water softener for us, and did not charge extra for the additional labor it took to get things up to code. I feel confident we got a quality product at a good price. He also pointed out extra filtration systems we could add if the softener didn’t give us the result we wanted, but said we should install one thing at a time so we didn’t have to pay for anything we didn’t need. Our water tastes SO much better and we are happy. It’s important to trust the company doing work in your home and we trust aquascience."

One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple.
