I hired Fred to service my water softener systems. He is very professional, on time and does quality work. I would hire again and plan to as I have another softener tank to be serviced. There was a slight difference between the initial quote over the phone and the quote after inspection but that was possibly due to miscommunication on my part based on inexperience with these systems. This did not however prevent me from hiring Fred, I simply downscaled the work to fit my budget. He seems to be the open, honest, straight shooter type, which I value highly in contractors. I would not hesitate to hire again., neither should you.

Fred is wonderful! He responded immediately offering to come out the next day to look at the system we already have and give a quote. When he came he tested our water and explained all the results thoroughly and even gave me a dissolved solids meter to keep. He determined that our water softener wasn’t working to full capacity, but our Reverse Osmosis was still working fine. He also determined that the tank for dispersing Sulfur probably wasn’t needed at this time, but said there was no need to remove it, just in case the sulfur came back. I felt confident that he was being honest with me. He said our conditioning system just needed to be cleaned out and refilled with the correct media, and the valves replaced. All the other quotes we got were 3-4 times more, because everyone wanted to completely tear out and replace the entire system. When we set up the appointment with Fred he ordered the needed supplies and came out as soon as they arrived to do the work. He worked around my schedule and came out within a couple weeks to complete the job. Since then I have emailed him a couple with questions and he has responded promptly. I would definitely recommend him.

Fred was on time for our consultation. He listened to everything I said, answered all of my questions, and gained my confidence by providing his expertise and experience in installing our new water softener treatment system. He was available within a couple of days to do the entire installation which took an hour or two. He is meticulous at his work and his mindset towards our job was to install our new water treatment system as though he was installing it in his own house. That alone tells me that he takes pride in his work. There were no hidden or surprise costs or fees, he didn't try to oversell me, and he kept his word in everything he was paid to do. He gladly took away our old system (at no cost) and cleaned up after himself. Fred is a true professional and someone I've come to trust.
