"Our residence has had water in the basement since we purchased it 30+ years ago. Last fall, we hired a landscape architect to assess the problem and make recommendations to fix it. This year we decided to bite the financial bullet and install a comprehensive drainage system. Unless we acted, the structure would soon be deteriorating past a point of no return. The Crew Chief, Bill, ably assisted by Matt and Don, did everything possible to prevent any misunderstandings and to have a 100% satisfied customer. This they more than achieved. Watching Don at the helm of the CAT in the tightest quarters imaginable was like watching a professional sports event and a modern dance all rolled into one. The swale he made is a graceful contour that suits the setting to perfection. Don is a true artist. So is Matt. After making 2 radii on the front sidewalk, Matt went on to make 3 more on the rear sidewalk. The sidewalk is not only functional, like the swale, it too is a thing of beauty. I am an extremely satisfied customer and recommend Woodford without reservation. They are a premier organization, the kind of company and people you wish everyone was."

"We contacted Stan Friday morning, Jan.24,2020 to see if he could install a new faucet in our kitchen. We were very pleased that even though it was a Friday, he said he could come by later that afternoon and do the installation! "Mike and his team did a solid job for us.  The previous owners had punted on installing
the correct solution and lied about water entering the home.  When we found ¼ inch of water in our back
room basement we called GMBS out and they were there within hours to do an
estimate.
This was one of the rainiest summers in recent memory and
GMBS had a ton of business so we had to wait, but it was worth the wait.  They finished the job in under 3 days and the
work looks great.
They installed a brand new sump pump, the old one the previous owners had
installed was done poorly, was inefficient to the task and sounded like a jet
engine.   They installed a sub floor
perimeter drainage system and vapor sealed our walls.

Ricky is very particular about small details, which was wonderful since our roof has many angles and is very cut up, including a small tower. We are very pleased with the lead flashing that they did on our chimney as well and the installation of two replacement skylights. They took care around our landscaping and left our yard spotless. Ricky was upfront that his team might take a little longer to finish the project but you know who is working on your roof. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
