Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
We hired Matt and his crew to replace our siding with vinyl and to replace our roof. We were very satisfied with the outcome of the projects. They did an outstanding job on both projects. Matt is very easy to deal with and communicate to our specs for the jobs. The jobs were done well within a reasonable time period. Matt and his crew always cleaned up at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend them for any siding and roofing needs.

I am over the moon with the quality of work with my deck. Matt and his crew made it easy to get along with them and the communication. They exceeded my expectations to no end. They will be my forever contractor and I consider them family. The quality of my deck is spot on, and they also installed a new door to my garage. I just cannot say enough good things about Matt's company. Such down to earth and kind human beings. Great work, great company and overall, they know exactly what they are doing. Matthew Swan and his team from TJL Construction replaced a small deck and balcony at my condo with pre-treated wook - the same material as the original. Hard workers. Got the job done as promised. Am very pleased with their work. They know what they are doing and didn't cut corners. They completed the project according to plan. They were careful, neat and considerate. I would hire them again.

Bathroom - Remodel
TJL Construction remodeled our bathroom: took out old tub and vanity and installed new plumbing, shower, sink, light and other fixtures, ceiling, flooring, and painted. Matt Swan was great to work with. He provided a detailed estimate and stuck to it. Work was done on schedule, all materials were cleaned up and cleared away. I would highly recommend their work.

Deck or Porch - Repair
We contacted TJL Construction initially for multiple tree removal. They came within a couple of days to give us an estimate. Then I realized they also did decks and had them look at ours. We needed 2 new complete set of stairs. They worked up an estimate while they were there for both projects. They came to do the work the following week. Mat and his crew were hard working, thorough and so nice to work with. Cleaned up great and held to the original estimate. Already talking about other projects.

Metal Roofing - Install or Replace
Good communication, good value and professional result. Put on a metal ag style roof and completed trim and battens on a large shed. Having them come back to complete a gutter installation but so far great work all round. Nice guys to work with also.
