"Sorry Eric I didn?t meet your expectations. You asked for a service check of your system and to look at a noise issue,which was not present at the time I preformed the check,and you live an hour from my office. I did the service on 10/6/2025 and you contacted me the week of 11/17/2025. So if it was an issue I had caused then it would have occurred immediately after I left.After talking to you on the phone you accused me and attacked my integrity so I refused to go back and service you."
