"Shaun and his guys worked at my house for over a 6 month time period due to a large leak that caused my 2 bathrooms, kitchen and basement to be ripped out. Throughout the entire process he made sure to show up with his guys and walk both my husband and I through what we wanted done and how they were going to do the work. All of the guys that he had work for him were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They were always on time and also they were very good with my German Shepard puppy who it was not always to keep in contained areas. Throughout the project we kept adding more things on and the whole team was absolutely amazing and always doubled checked with us for all the changes we would make and make sure it was to our satisfaction. I would highly highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. If you want someone that will answer the phone and be there when things are rough this is the company for you! I was very determined to encourage him. But he had me waited for an hour and it was disrespectful for me. I thanked him when the appointment is kept being cancelled to contact the electric company. He wanted me to do it, he finally did it and then they rescheduled. But now, from this point on where is additional work, that their company wishes the company is requiring. I cannot get the information, the specific information as to what is needed.. And this is now going on over two weeks, everything is a standstill. He is not responding and writing in a text. My interest is just to get the job completed."
