"Mike Connelly of Shamrock Electric Co. Coordinated the installation of my whole house Generac generator with PSEG long island and my plumber. He connected the automatic transfer switch and fully tested the system upon completion of the install. He has it set to run a test for 10 minutes once a week. "Great experience, I have used many electricians in the past and decided to go with BQ electric, an Angie’s list recommendation with solid reviews . From beginning to end the process was first class. "I knew I needed to get a new circuit board because the old one kept blowing out. Antonio Ferrao sent his truck over within hours of my call and his men inspected my old circuit board and showed me the problem circuit breakers and even the discolored area around one which was heating up. They gave me a quote with 10% off if I could pay cash. I hired them. They came the next day, and kindly kept my generator on so I could have electricity while they shut off the main line to change the circuit board. They were fast, efficient, labeled all the new circuit breakers, and cleaned up completely. I would recommend them to anyone."
