"Initially, he responded within the hour when I posted my request then he came to the house. From there on, in terms of your appointments, there was a back and forth. I was very determined to encourage him. But he had me waited for an hour and it was disrespectful for me. I thanked him when the appointment is kept being cancelled to contact the electric company. He wanted me to do it, he finally did it and then they rescheduled. But now, from this point on where is additional work, that their company wishes the company is requiring. I cannot get the information, the specific information as to what is needed.. And this is now going on over two weeks, everything is a standstill. He is not responding and writing in a text. My interest is just to get the job completed."

"After getting several quotes, last year we hired GenReady to install a house generator. Ed, the owner of the company impressed us from the start. He was knowledgeable and patiently explained the process as well as answering our questions. We knew right away that GenReady was the company for us. Lindsay kept us up to date as we moved along in the process. Our generator was installed last July. Andrew and his team installed the generator with expertise and efficiency. They took care to leave our house and yard spotless. Lindsay and Andrew were always happy to answer my questions and address me concerns. We’ve needed the generator only once (thank goodness) when our power went out due to a necessary power line repair after a car crashed into a utility pole on our street. When the power went out, our generator turned on within seconds. "Excellent work by Joe D. and Jorge C. on a recent home renovation. 80% of the old light fixtures were swapped for new ones. The guys arrived at the home within the time window quoted. They installed the new light fixtures carefully and in a reasonable amount of time. Many were ceiling fixtures, requiring ladders to complete the job. The ladders were placed safely and respectful of the recently painted walls and ceilings. The completed job was absolutely outstanding! Major props to Joe and Jorge for doing a phenomenal job! I will definitely call on BQ Electric again for any future electrical work."

"I used stone to upgrade the electric in my house and connect my hot tub and pool. The crew that came to my home were good... But if you have a question about something Sean is nowhere to be found. You have to go thru the secretary who is absolutely clueless to ask a question. The only time you see Sean is when he comes to your house for the estimate. After that he is unobtainable. When you call in the morning with a question your lucky if you get an answer by the end of the day or the next day. I found them to be overpriced, rude and even nasty at times. I would never use them again"
