"Over the past year, we interviewed a number of bathroom remodelers but had difficulty finding the one we wanted to work with. Then we met Louie from Kitchen and Bath Works, Inc. (Holbrook, NY) and we knew instantly that he was the one for us. We loved his easy going nature, his many years of experience, his ability to answer our tough questions, his no pressure demeanor, his dog friendliness, and his honesty. He also made us laugh, which is always a plus. What really stood out was his willingness to let me pick out and purchase all the components on my own – wall tile, floor tile, shower floor tile, and the plumbing. That saved us money and enabled us to customize the look exactly the way we wanted. The other remodelers we talked to tried to steer us into buying exclusively from their affiliated bath product retailers which turned us off. Except for the glass shower door which we had to wait for because it came from a separate vendor, the entire project was completed in 9 days. The results are simply stunning. I wanted a rustic Montana-style bathroom and Louie made my dream a reality. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful bathroom with so much functionality. Louie was a breeze to work with and we really appreciated his reliability and promptness each and every day. Today I used the new shower for the first time and it was amazing. I don’t think I could be any happier with the outcome. A big thank you to Louie and the team of experts he brought in to assist. So if you’re in the market for a bathroom remodel, talk to all the other remodelers first. Then talk to Louie. I think you’ll be happy you did."

"Jeff and his team did a great job! They demoed and sheet rocked two rooms and replaced electrical outlets, switches, and installed high hats, and two light fixtures. They also painted several rooms and did a great job. Jeff stayed in touch the whole process and asked great questions about our preferences on things we had not considered. "Andy Q and his crew were absolutely flawless in planning, execution and finishing up the smallest details in this complex project. He and his crew were artisans, making my small bathroom look like a million bucks! They went above and beyond what he had agreed to do and his workman were the hardest working I've ever seen. The original demolition was to take 2 days and took 1 day with the second day for hauling everything from this ancient bath with layers of tiles and floors. His bid was the lowest of Manhattan contractors, including Lowes, who was dying to offer free financing, but with no practical advice. Andy knew what I could realistically do and what was just not possible in my tiny bathroom. One contractor wanted $15K just for demolition of my 30 square foot bathroom! Even before we began and all during the project, if I texted Andy, he would call within minutes and was always available to help with advice and reassurance. The Maintenance Company representatives for my co-op, on the other hand, were horrible, with unreasonable delays in approving my project, which delayed our starting time considerably. But that is over since my bath is 95% finished !! The new custom shower doors from Paradise Glass will be installed Wednesday and I will follow up with another review. THANK YOU ANDY!!!! "So I decided to remove the restrictor from my showerhead and the vent had trouble keeping up and removing the steam. The ceiling and walls were dripping water. I called Oz who had installed the bathroom to assist me and they were fantastic. They assessed the situation and had a manufacturer rep to test the unit which was fine. They then changed out the exhaust fan with a stronger one but there was minimal improvement. They then installed a dual-inlet unit and BINGO all was good."

"Although there was a minor hiccup in the scheduling the job came out fantastic. A new aluminum attic staircase was installed, a section of garage ceiling was sheetrocked & the entire ceiling was painted, a new very quiet garage door opener was installed, a new AC return vent was installed on the basement wall, Silicone was installed to the bathroom shower ledge. This is the 2nd time using JBL. The first time using JBL the job also came out fantastic. If needed we will use JBL again."

"I just want to Start off saying when you deal with Norman from Homecraft Remodeling Corp you are dealing with a TOP NOTCH Highly Professional Company. I had a Bathroom done (2)+ years ago that came out AMAZING. Everything from Start to finish went so smoothly. But then I had two issues with Loose Towel Rod & Leaky Faucet. I wasn't even going to contact Norman because two years had elapsed but I did & was so glad because he didn't give me any issues at all & took care of repairs within several weeks. I was Amazed how well Towel Rod was repaired & New faucet was installed. All work completed again by highly professional & Neat Workers & Free Of Charge. Who does that anymore, probably no one. That's UNREAL!! THANKS AGAIN NORM."
