Every time I talked to somebody I would tell them it's an Angie's List Big Deal and I think that some place along the line somebody didn't  pay attention to that. I don't know if there's a commission involved on the other end or something, so I had to call back two or three times to get it all finished up and get the gift card and I think they even had to have a refund. It was a little bit of a hustle. It took a lot of time for the right person to get what I needed."
