Technicians, Steve and Shaiman were great, knowledgeable and helpful.. what I most appreciated was that when I made the appt, the individual I spoke to got my phone wrong switching a 908 for a 980 so the technicians tried to call me but couldn't. They stopped by the house anyway...that's great..will absolutely call them again.

Upon proper verification the Tec performed further cleaning and informed us for the future on how to maintain our refrigerator. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, found the track you Tec option very helpful. They called ahead of time and were even earlier than planned. Very pleased and satisfied.

ApplianceTec contacted me the day before the appointment and gave me an approximate timeframe for the service call. They also sent me an email link to track where the tech was so I knew when to expect him. He contacted me when he was on his way. He was there on time and provided excellent service. Overall an excellent experience.

The technician arrived on time, in fact a couple minutes early. I really appreciated that the technician brought along the bearing kit, without having to order or set up another installation appointment. The service was completed and tested within an hour.

Very well. Dave met all expectations. He was quick, efficient, and when presented with an issue (dryer stacked on top of washing machine needed to be removed) made a call to get help from a coworker so that the repair to the washing machine could be completed.

Excellent! I received a confirmation email and another email that showed when I could expect the repairman. Turns out a wire had come loose, but he had to take the machine apart to get to it. It cost me $86. We don’t get insurance on our appliances so to me it’s a small price to pay.

Made appointment on website. Received an email confirming and one giving me a time frame when Tech would be here. Tech was easy to track and on time, he called to let me know he was on his way. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. I will definitely use ApplianceTec again.

It went well, I required two visits, one to diagnose the issue and order the parts. The second visit to install the parts. It was the same technician. Arrival on the first visit was between 8-9am and he showed up at 920. A phone call or text that the tech was running a few minutes late would have been nice. The second visit, estimated arrival time was between 2-5pm, and he showed up at 2:30.

Smooth as could be. My tech left his business cards as well as a magnetic version and I was so impressed, I gave them to friends and neighbors, which is why I don't have my tech's name. :( He was fantastic.
