Remodeling older homes you always run into some issue or something you want changed/different. From the minute we met this professional understood my needs and discussed options to even make my room better. Not only was he thorough, but he treated me like family - it was like having a relative just over helping me and I trusted him fully. From beginning to end things went smoothly. No corners were cut. He cleaned up during and after the job and took the time to explain if there needed to be changes. I wish all contractors would take a page out of this company’s book. I cannot say enough good and will definitely be hiring them again.

I've had Manny do electrical work on both my house and commercial property. His knowledge and expertise really stands out, you can tell he knows what he's doing. For my older home, I wanted a simple side light installed outside. Manny discovered the entire second floor was running on one breaker! He ran new wiring, installed proper breakers, and labeled everything in the electrical box. He also brought the outlets up to current standards. That attention to detail really impressed me. At our gym, he handled security camera wiring (power-over-ethernet), mounted TVs with clean wire management, and added outlets where needed. Even ran a new internet line to our front desk from the ethernet switch. His pricing is transparent, and he can often get jobs done quickly when possible, but never rushes the quality. Manny replaced a light switch and ran new wires to the electrical box. He also assessed the current wiring for the house and gave an estimate to upgrade the electrical box.

Top notch service. Professional, organized, knowledgeable. Our backstory is that we have an extremely small laundry room in our brand new home. Small to the point that you cannot close the door if you don’t stack your washer/dryer. The builders electrician, unbeknownst to us, decided to install our dryer outlet on the floor on the day of closing to ensure we could finish the sale. This meant we couldn’t stack our washer/dryer because the dryer cord couldn’t reach. Thankfully, Manny was able to come over promptly and fix the issue. He was able to move the outlet to the wall making our laundry room functional. We also hired him to help run wires for our garage door opener. His attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work is unmatched. He will treat your home as if it was his own. He’s not going to cut corners. I couldn’t recommend this guy more.
