The roofers were very considerate to my needs and my neighbors. They swepted up after each day and informed me and updated me of the various issues that they discovered as they went along. I would highly recommend this company for roofing and other projects.

The job went very well. Doug provided a very fair quote to replace my 4 year old roof that was very poorly installed by a different contractor. He also provided a quote to replace my family room ceiling which was damaged due to the roof leaking. He responded to my request for an estimate within minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes to determine the work to be done. He was upset by the work by the previous contractor and his goal was to restore my confidence in small business contractors and he and his workers definitely did that. Doug and the crew were thorough and attentive to small details. They went above and beyond on some aspects of the job.....manufacturing and installing a finished edge where the roof met the house on the garage and on an addition, matching the paint color of my siding for that edging, painting the roof vents and power vent, adding very nice crown molding on the newly installed ceiling. The crew was friendly and respectful of my property and Doug checked in regularly to make sure things were progressing well and that I was satisfied. The job did take longer than the original estimate, but that was because of the issues that had to be dealt with. The work was completed for the price quoted. I will definitely contact Doug at Do It All Contractor for my next project. My confidence in contractors has been restored!

Our fence was done within a week from estimate to finish . The crew was professional , worked hard , cleaned up after themselves and the fence looks amazing . We are so happy we chose this company !

Extremely well. They are great people and wouldn’t accept final payment unless we were completely satisfied. When doing the floors they even scheduled a pod and moved the furniture out and back in themselves.

Doug and his team did an excellent job on my kitchen! My kitchen was very old and hadn't been remodeled in a very long time. Doug and his team took out all the old paneling (including the plaster behind it), and installed drywall, new flooring, new countertops, and new sink. He even took the time to install baseboards, window and door trim that matched the rest of the house. All for a very low price! Would definitely call him for other projects.

Doug Coons and crew were fantastic. Not only did he do our floors, but they moved the funiture into a pod THEMSELVES, got the floors done, and then moved it all back in! No contacting separately with a mover and floor finisher! While on site, Doug also fixed a bunch of smaller problems we were having. They went above & beyond and would not accept payment until we were completely satisfied with everything. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Doug came by very promptly and gave us a very fair quote, explained how he'd get it done, and I immedately trusted him. When the time came to do do the work he showed up on time with his crew, who were truly nice and very hardworking guys. they completed the job and were even able to put in some great shelves. They did a GREAT job and I can't recommend them highly enough. By the time it was over they felt like family. We also have to refinish kitchen and dining/living room floors. Before working with Doug we had lined up someone else, but after joining his "family" we got a qoute from Doug and he will be doing it, taking care of moving furniture, scheduling a pod to put it in, and then putting it all back together. These guys did an amazing job and were very professional! They helped me with initial design and changes I needed in order for it to all work out. They worked with me every step of the way and let me know what was going to be done. They finished in a timely manner and were all friendly.

Doug came came out to assess the job promptly and professionally. He was patient, respectful, very informative and answered all my questions. After multiple estimates/opinions, I can’t say how beyond pleased I have been with Doug and his whole crew after my roof replacement. They got the job done quickly but also very efficiently. We needed roof repair, location and repair of leaks in a rooftop deck, and the installation of many cabinets, both base and wall-mounted. Our first contact with Doug Coons was about locating the sources of multiple leaks in a rooftop deck that had been an issue for the entire eight years since we’d built an addition to our home. We’d had at least three other contractors out to look at it and selected one to do the repairs. We invested thousands of dollars into that repair and to replace the ceiling and drywall damaged by the leaks. That “repair” did NOT take care of the problem; the leaking persisted, and all of the money we’d spent was wasted. When I called Doug Coons, he answered his phone on the first ring. He came out within two days and gave us a quote on the spot. I think this was a Wednesday. We discussed the timeline for the job, and I jokingly said, “Well, unless you can have it done before Saturday afternoon, it’ll have to be next week. We’re having a graduation party here Saturday.” To my surprise, Doug said if we needed it done by Saturday, they’d get it done. And they DID. His roofing crew was phenomenal, especially the crew chief. It was obvious from the minute he viewed the interior damage and then walked the deck and roof that he knew exactly what the problems were and how to fix them. He explained very clearly what was going on, why, and what needed to be done. They got to work and were finished and cleaned up and out of there well ahead of the party. We’ve had no issues with leaks since. The next time I called, Doug answered his phone on the first ring. (I’ve since found out that this is standard for him—something which is completely outside of my experience and really appreciated.) We’d participated in an auction to benefit a local animal rescue organization and bought thousands of dollars’ worth of floor model cabinets. They came “as is,” with some damage, and without installation instructions. He and his crew did an outstanding job of configuring, repairing and installing them. Their attention to detail and how particular they are about quality work is really commendable. We’ve already lined up two more jobs with them—drywall, flooring, wainscoting, waterproofing, and more cabinet installation, and I have every confidence that this work will be performed to the same high standards as the work done so far. It’s great to have a contractor who really DOES “do it all,” and I’m so glad I’ll never have to search for and “vet” a contractor ever again. Finally, my husband and I think his quotes are quite reasonable, especially given the high quality of workmanship.
