After his extensive search for appropriate composition and dimension of material, he replaced and replicated a section of my forty-year-old faux onyx tub surround with common white PVC sheet, tinted oil-based colors, glaze, paint brush, and a rag. His applied natural talents and superlative skills saved me thousands of dollars! On the basis of both professional conversation and knowledgeable observation, Mr. Grady possesses the intrinsic knowledge of old-world trades, the artistic capabilities, the problem=solving thought processes, and the personal work ethic to accomplish a broud scope of reconstruction and restoration."

"In 2014 Matthew Mulcahy repaired a hole in our living room ceiling from a bathroom leak and also textured the ceiling in the living room, stairwell and hallway in 2014. We live in an old house and the ceilings were cracked with plaster and lath underneath. He did an excellent job and our old ceilings looked new! We recently (Dec 2021) had a leak in our bathroom that caused a hole in the same spot. Ugh, I thought we would need the entire ceiling redone. But Matthew was able to repair the damaged area and match the texturing from years ago - all at a very reasonable price. He is friendly, professional and extremely neat.
