Tanner was reliable, knowledgeable, thorough and tenacious. My wall ovens were not functioning, and I was expecting a crowd for Thanksgiving. In this day and age just ordering parts can take a lifetime. It is an understatement to say I was a trifle worried. From the moment he arrived (on time), my anxiety began to dissipate. There are so many things to check with computer run modern appliances! Tanner would make a good detective, and he never gave up. Bottom line: My ovens are working again!!! Fun fact: Tanner likes chocolate chip cookies.

He was on time and did the work in a timely manner. Very professional in the assessment of the work to be done and explain what he did.
