"Lazer took only 30 minutes to come to my place. The water pressure reducer was leaking. Most plumbers would probably have tried to charge me for a new valve. Instead, he quickly tightened a few screws on the assembly and fixed the problem without even charging me. He's earned my trust in NYC Plumbing, Heating, and Drain Cleaning and I look forward to working with him and the company in the future."

"The plumber contacted me right away and he was at my place with 1 hour. The water heater had to be repaired or replaced; He described the options I had and I opted to replace it. The estimate was very competitive and lower than other estimates I had received. Great customer service! Very efficient and very very honest (which is very hard to find now days). I would highly recommend MC Drain and Plumbing."

"Leo plumbing was very efficient and did a wonderful job on what we needed to have repaired. There was a leak from the first floor bathroom into the basement. The wastewater pipe was not in good shape and he found the problem and was able to repair quickly. We also asked him to replace the toilet in the basement. He had that done within a half hour and did not need to turn off the water main. I would use him again if I have any plumbing problems."
