I had water backing up into my tub, A major well known sewer plumbing company that services NYC counties told me they couldn't unclog it because the main pipe was broken underground and still charged me for a poor snake job. Mike from Fenix explained what was actually wrong, cleared the line, and prevented me paying for work I didn't need which saved me thousands. I was really impressed with their response time (they called back in minutes) and they were able to squeeze me at the end of the day. Will definitely hire for future work and highly recommend."
