I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. Over the course of several hours they snaked the outside water pipes from both ends, viewed the interior of the lines with a cable-mounted camera, and then flushed the lines with high-pressure water. They were prepared, professional, efficient, friendly and competent and we would recommend them without reservation."
