Water Heater - Repair or Service
The plumber contacted me right away and he was at my place with 1 hour. The water heater had to be repaired or replaced; He described the options I had and I opted to replace it. The estimate was very competitive and lower than other estimates I had received. Great customer service! Very efficient and very very honest (which is very hard to find now days). I would highly recommend MC Drain and Plumbing.

Not only was he efficient, but he was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The price was fair, especially considering the quick turnaround and quality of the work. I will definitely be using him again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Mc was extremely prompt and professional. They correctly diagnosed my issue. Unfortunately, the water heater had to be replaced, but Mc made the process easy and affordable. I already scheduled them to tackle other plumbing issues in the house.

I want to thank Mac for the fast and excellent job he did for me today. A pipe burst under my house, creating a waterfall in my basement. I called Mac, and he came right over to take care of the problem. He even helped me clean up the water in the basement.

These guys were lifesavers and fully replaced my old, broken toilet plumbing on a moment’s notice on July 1 when everyone else was closed or unresponsive. They were exceptionally professional and did the entire job, which included replacing the wax sealant under the toilet, in about 3 hours. They worked well with my building super as well. They charged very reasonably for the level of quality, responsiveness and professionalism I got so I wish them all the best.
