"I had a major problem where my tenants kept rolling oil down the drain. I noticed this when one of my other tenants called me informing me that her entire apartment was filled with backflow. I immediately called and they came out within an hour to jet my main line. Could not be happier with the service and professionalism. "We are very pleased with the results! The workers showed up on time every day and did a great job. The work they did was very professional and looks great, and they were responsive to any changes I wanted (re-grouting a different color on the floor, and re-setting some of the tiles, for example). The communication was great too - and I always felt like David and Anthony responded to me quickly and resolved any issues. We had a problematic custom sink and stone top and it ended up looking amazing. They also built a custom enclosure for the heating pipe and it turned better than expected. I would highly recommend Waxtel!"

"Anthony, the plumber, not only installed a new faucet but also installed a new sink, a new cabinet under the sink and a new countertop. He selected these fixtures in consultation with me, He worked through the challenges of old plumbing in an old building and managed to get everything to work. He took away the old fixtures and broom cleaned my kitchen and the areas of the building that were affected. Great job!!!!"
