Mariano?s work is excellent and he?s a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and kind. He did a mold clearance test on my apt (to confirm remediation success) and educated me regarding what causes mold. Before I ever hired him, he took the time to look at the initial inspector?s report and gave his opinion, ultimately saving me from a more invasive and expensive remediation approach. He made an overwhelming situation much less stressful -- how wonderful to find someone I can trust, and at a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Mariano was incredible helpful and supportive during my experience with his company. He replied promptly, patiently answered and responded to my myriad of questions and was just overall an incredibly kind and decent professional. I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever need mold inspection services again! (Which I hope I don?t!)
