Very professional and courteous. Punctual and gave back the Asbestos lab tests results in less than 2 days.

Leon quickly took discreet samples of our popcorn ceiling and the attic material. He was fast, friendly and informative and we received (negative) results the next evening.

What a wonderful experience. My husband and I are purchasing an older home with known asbestos insulation and suspected asbestos plaster. Alex was beyond patient answering all of our many (many) questions and incredibly responsive, even over the weekend. She took the time to explain the various service options and she and Leon (owner) guided us away from unnecessary extra testing (saving us hundreds of dollars). The tech who did the testing (Justin) was professional, polite and punctual. The report was received in around 36 hours, and Leon was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the report. Highly recommend.

Leon called me after i asked for a quote to assess Asbestos in floor tiles, he arrived the same day to inspect the tiles & take samples, results were provided the next day, and a written report is expected shortly. Leon knew a great deal about Asbestos floor tiles and black Asbestos Mastic adhesive. He explained my options clearly, had really good prices for his work, was unusually pleasant, and completed his work efficiently. I would recommend him for anyone concerned about Asbestos.
