"Mark was called to investigate the problem. He was professional from the beginning to end. He described the problem and recommended solutions. In addition, he stopped by to take a look at another issue regarding water damage and mold. The total charge for professional advice was $0.00. This gentleman was genuinely sincere about his work and concern for his customer. Being a professional procurer of goods and services I cross referenced most of his information with the EPA website on mold treatment and he was dead on. (A Lowes customer service rep told me to use bleach which was poor advice.) The only reason Mark was not hired to do the job was because my wife and father-in-law decided to save the labor charge by us performing the work. He was a housing contractor at one time. I wish Mark the best of luck and give him an A+."

"I own an 90-year old historic colonial high school turned into a bed & breakfast. The windows were neglected over the past 20-30 years and in serious demand of work. Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. Doug and his team took out all the old paneling (including the plaster behind it), and installed drywall, new flooring, new countertops, and new sink.
