"Thank you for taking the time to post your review on the BBB and Facebook and here on Home Advisor. We are so glad that you are happy with the work Bill, Mike, and Wayne did on your barn. They have probably heard by now about your review, and I'm sure it made their week, probably their month!!! Thank you, again; and please call us with any future needs you may have or if you need any advice or have any questions."
"The foreman discovered, during the course of the project, that the customer had a water leak and suggested that she call a plumber because it was beyond the scope of the work we do. If we were able to fix it, we definitely would have. The salesman was also contacted by the homeowner regarding the water leak asking for a remedy. Both foreman and salesman agreed and told the homeowner she would need to contact a plumber. As stated before, if we could have fixed the leak, we would have."
