Woodford Bros., Inc. specializes in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, concrete leveling, radon mitigation, and Gutter installation. Founded in 1962, Woodford Bros., Inc.'s original focus was foundation and barns. Now, we do basement waterproofing, concrete leveling, radon mitigation, and basement finishing. That's where the name "Basement Brothers" comes from. The owner Tom Woodford believes in being honest and hardworking. Our headquarters is in Apulia Station, outside of Tully, NY. We serve all of Central New York, including Syracuse, Rochester, Binghamton, Oswego, Ithaca, and Auburn.

This is the only place to go for improvement to concrete walkways. The estimate i received was exactly what I paid.
Yesterday Mike and Kevin arrived exactly when they said they would. What an outstanding team. They answered all my questions and my walkways look great.
Before you commit to any concrete work contact Woodford Bros I know that's my go to.

George, Zach, and Blaine were our awesome crew who worked in our crawlspace first in blistering heat and then in a downpour. George, our foreman, was incredible—a great communicator who walked me and my wife through the steps of what they were doing and how things were going. I can’t believe how much work they did in just two days! The weird stagnant air in our closets is already gone. So glad we prioritized the “unglamorous” work on our first family home. The floors are less bouncy/saggy feeling and I will be saving time chasing weird smells that I blame on the cat! Thanks y’all!!

Had an inspection for getting our camp leveled. Bill was our inspector. You can tell he’s passionate and knowledgeable about his job. Super friendly and helpful. For what we needed done, the price was out of our comfort zone and it’s something we could do ourselves.. just didn’t want to. Bill understood and continued to give us advice to help make our project successful. I thought that was unbelievably awesome. Given the right situation I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys.

They showed up exactly at the expected time and did exactly what I wanted done. They lifted my sunken walkway to exactly to the fraction of an inch to where it was originally so my step landing is where it needs to be. Then they leveled the rest of the walkway to match and did a good job calking the joints.

Worst customer service ever. Job poorly done. Keep promising to fix it, but after over a month, they have my money but still have not returned to fix the problem. I strongly recommend that no one use this Company. I think their good reviews must be manufactured because i have only gotten excuses and delays and delays and delays. Get a different story pretty much every time I contact them.

Great company to work with, very friendly knowledgeable people and customer satisfaction is their goal. Matt and his crew did a superb job restoring our finished basement after it got flooded when our sump pump had failed during heavy rains. Dual pumps were installed, along with waterproof and mold proof walls and flooring and a Sedona dehumidifier air purification system.

The Woodford Team of Bill, Mike, and Wayne just finished work on our barn today. From start to finish, this team attended to our barn restoration project with the highest degree of professionalism. Our barn (built in 1887) was brought back to life, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Not only were we kept updated on the progress each day, but always welcomed when we would pop in to take a sneak peak. I grew up in a family that ran a successful construction company for almost 50 years before my father passed away. I saw the care my father always invested in all his site projects, and the unique challenges that went with rehabbing/restoring existing historic structures. This Woodford team offered that same care from start to finish, and managed every one of those challenges with great skill, care, and professionalism. I highly recommend this team, and am more than happy to write this review in support of their ongoing work.

Excellent work done, pleased with the guys, up to the very end, when a small problem occured when worked was completed and the day after that, my calls were ignored, and got a cold shoulder via a text message. Hope work done lasts for years to come. And customer service with whom you signed up with, makes less errors and finds kinder way to console his customers. When an issue occurs that was not an issue before the work was done.

"The foreman discovered, during the course of the project, that the customer had a water leak and suggested that she call a plumber because it was beyond the scope of the work we do. If we were able to fix it, we definitely would have. The salesman was also contacted by the homeowner regarding the water leak asking for a remedy. Both foreman and salesman agreed and told the homeowner she would need to contact a plumber. As stated before, if we could have fixed the leak, we would have."
