As far as customer service Climate Chief was 10 stars, they came out, gave us an estimate and had the project finished in less than 2 weeks. Unheard of turn around on a project like that. We normally can't get people to call us back let alone complete the work they promise. The crew was so professional and clean, we joking said they were quieter than all the mice living in our attic. To my surprise he did it in less than4.6 hrs.. he did have to go out to get something to finish my ceiling fan .. very efficient, polite , witty and very nice a true person ..
